Even the bathtub was rusty, everything metallic is rusty, holes in the walls, leaks from? in the bathroom. it was noisy, from the other rooms, you can hear the TV, or the people talking.

The hotel was ok and pretty simple and overall nice location. Breakfast is simple and not much to it. The pool was closed and not sure why but the sign was posted and am guessing maybe for maintenance reasons. The room was ok not much to say and the lobby had a pretty nice layout and was well greeted when I arrived.

the room and everything is ok as we expected. One thing I would like to thumb up is the breakfast. Not fancy but Mexican style breakfast is great and impressive!!!! I like the simmered pork with beans (not sure what the name is)!!! the regular America breakfast offered by chain hotels is boring for frequent traveler.

Hard beds , poor wifi connection, hotel needs remodel. Pool has alge and was super hot water . The snack cabinet had no snacks , the shower wall had holes taped up. For the price I'd pick a different hotel next time

The hotel is clean and conveniently located next to major hospital (where my father was admitted). The front desk staff was very friendly upon arrival and departure. I was arrive late for breakfast and didn't' realize is was closed as the food was out. I attempted to get a plate and the kitchen staff scolded me and told if the doors are closed breakfast was over... The staff told me go ahead and grab food as she was just going to throw it away. I apologized and left. The same staff was complaining while sweeping about guests not wiping their feet properly at the front of hotel during checkout. Hospitality was lacking which is unfortunate as the rest of the stay was pleasant.

Appliances not working. Hair dryer, coffee pot, electrical outlets, and phone were not working. Walked down to report phone and was told that several phones were not operating. Also walked down to retrieve bathing towels because there was not even a towel for each. We're we expected to share? Very dusty. Torn chair. Also walked down to retrieve another coffee pot that worked.

This hotel is infested with cockroaches! The room I stayed in had cockroaches. They tried to give me another room and it also had cockroaches. The room next to the first room I tried to stay in hand a plethora of trash and cockroaches. The maintenance staff that I talked to the day I tried staying there was very unprofessional and disrespectful. Even the staff acknowledged that their room have cockroaches yet they keep booking rooms

I will stay at another place next time. Ac was leaking, all metal in doors and in bathroom were rusted and old. Sink was leaking all night. Room key didn’t work half the time. Pool was closed. One of the reasons we stayed here was because it had a pool for my son but ended up being closed. I wall be back in town next weekend it will be staying somewhere else.

I reserved two rooms for one night. I called directly to the hotel approximately 2-3 weeks prior and spoke to a gentleman about changing from one night to two nights. I gave him BOTH confirmation numbers for them to be updated. He changed it and I specifically asked him if both rooms had been changed and he confirmed that it had. I asked if I could get an email confirmation with the changes and he said that he couldn’t. When my Dad and I arrived, only the second confirmation number had been updated and when I spoke to the lady checking us in she said that only the second confirmation number was showing for the day. So, my Dad and I had to share a room. She didn’t even attempt to see if there were any other rooms, only that there wasn’t anything available. I had to sleep on the couch.
