Chain hotels have their service standards. Nothing to complain about the room cleanliness and services.
Location is indeed good. Literally a stone throw to the pier and airport bus station. BUT the room windows are not sound-proof so dont expect no noise before 1am each night.

Not bad, the room is big and very clean. As soon as you go out, you will find the seaside. I will consider staying here again in the future. Very quiet too.

The staff are excellent and it’s a lovely hotel with modern rooms and comfy beds. Centrally located in the old square and a few minutes from the beach. The only problem is the noise at night into the early hours. The hotel should invest in triple glazed patio doors and then it would be perfect 👍

This was my first time in Alicante and so was unsure where to stay. For location, this hotel was perfect. My room overlooked the old square and had a small balcony from which I could enjoy the local events and festivals etc. Also, I felt centrally placed for the beach, old and new town. The room was fine, and kept spotlessly clean. I had all I needed to be comfortable including toiletries, and really appreciated the ability to choose my own pillows. The breakfast offered was ok, and what I would expect of a small hotel. The staff, especially the reception team during the electricity blackout, were exceptionally helpful. Add in the rooftop terrace and all sounds perfect. But early hour noise in the square, is a real problem. Admittedly it was only on Thursday, Friday and Saturday, but unpleasant enough to prevent my return. Such a shame, but those rooms desperately need triple glazing.

We have stayed at this Hotel 3 times now and just love it, My Sister and I had a lovely warm welcome last week from Adrian and Pedro, in fact all The team were pleasant, and nothing was too much trouble 🙂 We love The rooftop with its amazing views, and The Hotel is in a brilliant location with lots going on close by...hopefully we will return again this October, Thank you for a lovely holiday with a few laughs thrown in 🙂🌞🙂
