We had a fantastic room overlooking the golf course and the pool. The bed was comfortable and huge, as was the room. The bathroom would benefit from a refurb, although I understand some of the rooms are refurbished. We were disappointed with the service at the pool restaurant at lunchtime, and in the main restaurant in the evening, we were disappointed with the food offerings. For example, there was a pork loin dish that came with nothing, and no option to order either, the burger was served with crisps - strange! The food itself was fine, just very odd. There were people in the pool sitting on the steps whilst smoking, none of the staff spoke to them about it! Again strange.

Después de 20 años yendo a este hotel cada verano (varias habitaciones), hago la reserva por mail, me mandan el documento de reserva, recibo un link para hacer el pago por adelantado, pago, doy las tarjetas de crédito de todas las habitaciones y al llegar.... piden 200 euros de fianza por habitación!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Esta práctica no es legal si no se ha avisado con antelación, por lo que pedí el libro de reclamaciones. Una de las señoritas de recepción, al decirle que por qué pedían la fianza si ya tenían las tarjetas de crédito de todos en garantía y además estaba ya pagado todo, contestó increíblemente grosera. Pedí hablar con el director y... hasta hoy. Si siguen así se quedarán sin clientes.. y es una pena. Espero una disculpa y si no llega, no volveré más. Añado que el hotel necesita reforma pero ya y que la bañera de las habitaciones es de muy difícil acceso (no apta para gente mayor ni niños).

Piden un depósito de garantía, no entiendo por qué en un hotel de estas características. Me parece ya un abuso con el precio que tiene. Es la primera vez que me hacen esto en un hotel.

Vine por 3 dias con mi hijo que vive en Madrid, yo en Chile. Buscamos un hotel con piscina y tranquilo. Hoy sabado 7 de junio, primer dia libre de mi hijo, porque estaba con teletrabajo, la administracion cierra la piscina todo el dia porque hay matrimonio. Ademas de mucho ruido por la música. Nosotros compramos hotel con piscina y un dia de tres estuvo cerrada. Ellos ganan con nuestra tarifa y con el matrimonio y nosotros no tenemos un servicio ya comprado y pagado Viviana, Chile

Carefull!! Do not book your golf round at hotel they over charge you by quite a bit. Also offered to pick us up from airport for 160£. Normal taxi from the airport was 40£. Food is very good but very small amount. Great breakfast. Also could not have a drink at the pool because the poolside bar was closed and they did not aööow us to take trinks from the inside bar

Lo que les presento no es una opinión, es una información. Cuando hagan el check-in, les solicitarán un bloqueo de su tarjeta bancaria por valor de 500€. Dicho bloqueo será eliminado tras la humillante situación, cuando se procede al check-out, y el/la recepcionista llama a un compañero que comprueba que usted no ha producido ningún daño en la habitación. Creo que esta información es de interés y no creo que se la avancen en el momento de la reserva.
