Everything was really good. Dorinda greeted us at the entrance and explained everything to us. The room was very well located and very clean and modern. Everything was very good in general.

The booking and communication were excellent. The building is in a fantastic location. It has charming public areas. It is extremely clean. We were in 204. The pillows are so comfortable, bedding nice, aircon and Internet tv provided. Dolce gusto coffee and madelaine cakes provided. I'd prefer nespresso and thicker towels, we had no view as window obscured. These are minor details. Frequent visitor to Alicante and this is impressive accommodation.
