Motel is in the process of being renovated. We took a cheaper room which was unrenovated. The room was clean enough but was in poor condition in several ways: leaking bath faucet, chips and stains on the bath tub, shower head sticking out loosely from the wall, stained tiles, etc. The mini fridge froze our food. However, the beds were comfortable enough and all the linens were clean. Staff were very friendly. Several good options for fast food within a 3 minute walk. I would stay again but I would spring for a renovated room.

Very courteous, excellent customer service. Room was clean. I am allergic to smoke they provided smoke free environment. It was a very quiet environment. Had a good sleep after a long drive. Restaurants close by. Overall good.

Great motel. Very clean and modern. Felt like I was staying in a modern hotel and not a road side motel. Staff was friendly. Four starts (wish I could do 4 3/4) only simply because they didn’t offer breakfast as their restaurant doesn’t open until 11, but very understandable as every one is short staffed.

The power went down in the morning so no wifi, no air conditioning, showering in the dark (thankfully hot water still worked). The price was about $133 but they only offered a $20 refund. Sink and bathroom were unclean upon arrival. Smelled of a strong scented product.

Heard some negative stories about this place from trusted locals, was not able to get a refund for cancellation when I switched to the other motel in town, not worth the risk and manager wasn’t very understanding

Stayed here for one night in September. Convenient location if passing through on a road trip. Our room was located in a separate building from the two storey walk up motel. The separate building contains a few units and is all access via ground level which was convenient for our loading/unloading. Room amenities in good condition. Managegment is courteous and helpful.

Did the trip from northwestern Ontario to Ottawa area and stopped here for the half way overnight stop. Owner/manager was very friendly and accommodating (I didn’t know I showed up 30 mins after they close their office for the night and apologized profusely for waking him up). Check in and out was very easy. Room was clean, comfortable, and they allowed dogs. The motel is also very secure and right next to Robin’s for your morning breakfast needs. I would definitely recommend and will stay here again if I’m ever in the area.

Highly recommend for an overnight stay as we were passing through ourselves. The room/bathroom area was a good size and very clean. Bed was comfortable, good night sleep. Located on the highway but little noise with traffic (late April). Staff very friendly.
