Dear Manager, I would like to share with you my experience during my recent two-night stay at your property. Unfortunately, I must say that it did not live up to my expectations for several reasons. First, the bathroom layout in my first room was extremely uncomfortable. The shower was located above the toilet, and water spilled everywhere, making it impossible to use the toilet without wearing shoes. This situation is not only uncomfortable but also dangerous. When I expressed my dissatisfaction at the front desk, I was treated unkindly and simply told that if I was not satisfied, I could write a review on Google. I also requested a meeting with you!!! I was eventually granted a room change, but the problem persists. The next morning in my new room, the situation was even worse. The shower was clogged, and water ended up flooding not only the bathroom, but also the bedroom and the main hallway. Despite the observation made by the housekeeping staff and the maintenance department that the siphon was blocked, the reception continued to be unpleasant and again suggested that I write a review on Google. Mr. Director, it seems inconceivable to me that to communicate with you, your customers must go through Google. I believe it is imperative to restore order within your team and review the quality of the facilities in your establishment. Tres bon hotel, personnel accueillant et dispo. Chambres bien équipées. Sanitaires ++. Buffet assez complet pour le petit-dej. Essentiellement viennoiseries et variétés de pain. Bien situé, descente via escaliers directement sur le centre. Remontées plus fatiguante … Je conseille
