A warm welcome by all staff, a good variety on their restaurant menu all very reasonably priced. Serve was excellent, very attentive and polite staff. Meals arrived very soon after ordering and portion sizes more than generous. Overall couldn't have asked for better, straight forward pub grub all freshly cooked to order.

Fun evening. Fantastic meal cooked perfectly, followed by a delicious chocolate brownie with ice cream! . Great atmosphere. Very friendly and attentive staff, cannot fault. Highly recommend. Looking forward to our Christmas booking already. Thank you. .

Utterly appalling! Extremely noisy bar and music with rooms above. Told music would shut down at midnight - that was a lie - writing this at 00.34 with music still blaring and many very clearly drunk customers still being served ( is that legal?). Many complaints made about same issue - yet still they are selling rooms without warning of known problems (is that legal?). No wonder Scootland has so many alcohol issues with places like this.

Very good value.Spotlessly clean hotel.Never tried full breakfast but evening meals are excellent and best of all,Tennents lager at £3.70 is tremendous.👍I would definitely stay here again if working in the Aberdeen area.No issues ,highly recommended

Just returned from a lovely mother’s day meal. From entering the hotel to leaving was so relaxing. We were requested to pre order our meal prior to arrival which is understandable since it was likely to be busy and it was all very well organised. Young lady came and asked for our drinks order and made us welcome. We were then asked to clarify our order and the food was promptly served. The portions were plentiful and nicely presented, and served on warm plates for a change which makes your meal all the more enjoyable. Function Room was well laid out and decoratively done. I would certainly recommend here to anyone who hasn’t been and thinking of trying it.Thank you to all the staff.

Stayed here with my partner for a night as a little weekend getaway for one night. Upon arrival we were promptly met at reception, checked in and shown to our room. The room was bright, spacious and very clean. We had booked evening dinner, bed and breakfast. The hotel has a lovely quiet beer garden which was nice and relaxing. To say dinner was fantastic is an understatement. Food was just spot on. Good choice on the menu, mostly traditional meals, but done very well. Breakfast was also fantastic. Very highly recommended.

Absolutely lovely room and very comfortable bed. Very stylish and traditional on a welcoming Scottish way . Loved the breakfast too. Beautifully cooked. Highly recommended. The staff are very accommodating and I would definitely go back and stay if I was in the area again

Lunch in the bar, very good service and very good food at a reasonable price. Family lunch for five, tight space in the bar but friendly service and good menu made it a lovely experience. Will definitely be back.
