Disappointing Unfortunately the facility is run very chaotically. The owner wears many hats which in turn hurts the guests. Stayed on houseboat and it was horrible

This place was way too fun. Met cool people staying and service was great. Best location in A Bay! docks are great. Place was clean . I will be going back again. Our friends wished they booked it after they saw it. We docked our boat and rented a cabin

This is not a complaint it is a suggestion the beds are small and could use a little updating. The staff was most accommodating and friendly. We enjoyed our stay very much. We plan on returning next time we go to Alex Bay.
