Loved having the boathouse underneath and a marina next door. Friendly neighbors. Good beds, well equipped kitchen.

Great location and host!
The location of this townhome cannot be beat. It is a short 15 min walk from downtown which has great restaurants and shops.
The inside of the unit is very clean and neat and there was no need to bring any linens or towels. We stayed with 4 adults and 4 teens and the house was comfortable for us.
Our host Emily is also very accommodating! My niece left her Nintendo Switch in the unit and Emily mailed it back to her!

Great Location and Stay - Great for boats
We had a great stay! The owner was great to work with and it was very easy. We brought our boat and enjoyed use of the boathouse. The location was great - close enough to walk into town, which we did multiple times.

Wonderful Spot
We love Alex Bay and Harbor Villa. We have stayed 12 years in a row and are planning to comeback next year.
