What I experience, lack of care and training and Nastiness. Front desk staff with don’t interrupt me looks on their faces, no smiles, on the phone/facetime while dealing with customers. Room keys not working at all or working sometimes which required several room changes. Credit card system double charging people etc. Cleaning crew yelling down the hall at each other while guests slept, employees parking in handicap spaces, smoking by the pool directly by quest windows. This Motel (yes, I said it) is disappointing, from used cups left in my room, hair on towels, hair in and on the toilet, blood on the underlay mattress cover, a pill on the pushed in table, Tv’s not working, and most importantly my last evening I went to bed alone and woke to a roach on my arm as I slept at 11: 40pm. I checked out at 12 that night. However, the lack of cleanliness is just the start, there are MAJOR safety issues starting with room keys not working to get into your room, or the room door would not close and lock, un-serviced elevators with no phone inside in case of emergency.
