The staff was very friendly and the hotel was very clean

The room was fresh and very clean. We loved the customer service. They were great. The pool was nice and clean. 100% non smoking environment. If you happen to visit Alexandria Louisiana, make sure to add this as a planned spot to stay. Price friendly.

Perfect stay for folks traveling through looking for a no-fuss stay while on business. The hotel was very clean; the upkeep was fantastic and staff was pleasant. I would highly recommend to any traveler/family traveling through central/south Louisiana. It’s not too far from I-49 so easy access as well.

They have great service and the staff were very kind and professional. The room, bed, and sheets were clean. My kids enjoyed the pool and they loved the waffles they have for breakfast time. We had an all around good stay. 10/10! Would absolutely recommend.

I drove in 4+ hours from out of state for a funeral. They would not let me do a late checkout at 3pm with the reasoning being they needed to have my room cleaned for future guest(s) and that me checking out later than the normal checkout time would delay their cleaning crew. I returned to the hotel at around 2:45-2:50p, and the cleaning crew was still there, indicating that they still would’ve been able to get my room cleaned and ready on-time for any potential guest. I also checked the availability of my same room type online prior to returning to the hotel and saw that they had 4 available. The inability to be flexible with a customer who was respectful and there for a funeral was despicable. I had to pay for an additional night just to go up and change clothes which took all of about 15 minutes. The room was clean when we arrived.

Clean, comfortable , very friendly staff. The beds are plush. Not too hard, not too soft. Goldilocks would be happy to stay here. Room was spacious. Enjoyed the free continental breakfast. Good coffee! In addition to the standard amenities like an ice machine, they had a washer & dryer for all guests to use. Nice touch. Will definitely stay again when we come this way!

Staff is super nice,they greet everyone with smiles and conversation…I love the morning manager she is the sweetest thing ever….rooms are very clean and comfortable…great for traveling for work or even family related getaway’s 10/10 recommended

The hotel staff was very welcoming and the room itself was so comfortable to sleep in! The complementary breakfast was really nice to have in the morning. Thank you for your time and service to make us feel welcomed. I will definitely be coming back when I’m the area.

I really love this hotel. The workers are what make me appreciate this place. They go above & beyond to make sure your stay meets your expectations. I couldn't say enough about how the people make this hotel 5 stars. If you are considering booking just do it you won't regret it.
