Beware. You may not get the room you paid for.
I've never wrote a bad review before but this was a terrible experience. Booked a 1 bedroom superior apartment with a rooftop spa in advance. On arrival, I was assigned a completely different room with no rooftop access. No communication about this from management. Note, the only reason I chose this hotel was for the private spa and rooftop BBQ area.
They answered my phone call straight away when enquiring about key access (there's no reception) and again about parking (parking allocation was incorrect). Then failed to answer after entering the room to discover it wasn't the room I booked.
Followed up with an email to give them a chance to rectify the issue. No response. Poor management not taking responsibility. When booking accomodation, I expect it to be what it says it is. Never had this problem until now. Disappointing stay.
