當天到的時候已經很晚了.前台小哥哥小姐姐都很好很速度幫我安排好房間.酒店沒有電梯但是房間在二樓.小哥哥也貼心幫我們把行李拉到樓梯口.早餐也不錯.咖啡愛好者能早上喝上一杯咖啡真的太巴適了.小哥哥也把周邊美食還有第二天行程都給我們建議了.真的很棒

房間乾淨，前台的哈薩克族小夥非常熱情有禮貌，還推薦了很多好吃的店，還對周圍的景點怎麼玩做了很詳細的介紹。早餐品種很多味道也很好，而且我們走的時候看見他們把剩飯都倒了，完全不擔心吃到了剩飯，還主動説幫我們把行李拿到房間，太感動了！！走的着急忘了拍照，但是可以説是相當推薦了！

房間乾淨整潔，沖涼房和廁所在一個空間，有點奇怪。早餐品種不少，規模像是午餐自助餐。老闆的服務超級好，簡直是有要求必應！如需護髮素去前台要即可。洗衣烘乾齊備，但若改善洗衣房衞生則更好。小城市，但附近美食還是有的，老闆推薦了不少親測飯店，避免踩雷。
