客服姐姐非常負責任，人也很nice。每次幫忙收快遞，還特別照顧外國朋友。酒店住的離將軍山雪場蠻近的，從住的地方就能看到滑雪場。沒什麼雷點

我們是冬至訂的房，到民宿的時候老闆娘正在吃餃子，然後還親手包餃子給我們吃，本來我們訂的房型比較小，老闆娘還免費給我們升級了超大房間，還給我們推薦租滑雪服的微信價格也特別合適，離滑雪場也特別近，老闆還親自開車帶我們去.第二天的早餐也特別豐盛，麪條都是現煮的服務特別到位

第一晚辦入住，新來的大叔服務員就整的不太明白、浪費了很多時間。第二晚上半夜兩點多，他帶了新的客人用萬能房卡把我房間門打開了。半夜啊！非常恐怖的，我和我侄女倆女生在房間裏睡覺。他把門打開了。後來第二天那個經理姐姐雖然道歉了。但是這也是個陰影。出去入住這麼多次、從未發生過這麼離譜的事情。
