房間衞生還是乾淨不錯的，設施比較簡單，帶着行李來，上下樓要把行李抬上抬下。服務這塊店長還是挺不錯的，進出雪場積極接送，走之前還把我們送到站台方便回城乘車。

設施：房間面積很大，各類電器相對齊全，美中不足的是沒有烘乾機
衞生：乾淨整潔，有哈薩克族小帥哥精心打理
環境：年二十九去的，還挺安靜
服務：第二天退房的時候遇見了老闆娘，熱情邀請我們吃年夜飯😂給我們解答各種問題，非常有人情味的民宿～

客服姐姐非常負責任，人也很nice。每次幫忙收快遞，還特別照顧外國朋友。酒店住的離將軍山雪場蠻近的，從住的地方就能看到滑雪場。沒什麼雷點

我們是冬至訂的房，到民宿的時候老闆娘正在吃餃子，然後還親手包餃子給我們吃，本來我們訂的房型比較小，老闆娘還免費給我們升級了超大房間，還給我們推薦租滑雪服的微信價格也特別合適，離滑雪場也特別近，老闆還親自開車帶我們去.第二天的早餐也特別豐盛，麪條都是現煮的服務特別到位
