Bordoy Alcudia Bay - Adults Only

We found the staff very friendly and helpful. The pool/entertainment bar opens at 10am and closes at 11.30pm. There wasn’t any activities around the pool during the day and the pool is extremely cold ( although it is refreshing on a hot day!) . We were all inclusive and even though I am a fussy eater I always found something to eat ( Food was on some occasions luke warm). The rooms are cleaned everyday and are quite modern, the beds however are extremely comfortable. Never a mad dash to grab a sunbed in the morning 🙌🏻. On one evening there was no entertainment , it would be a good idea to have background music on in the bar. We had a lovely time, the beach is only a 5min walk away with Lidl & Burger King around the corner!, there are plenty of bars, shops & restaurants around the harbour which is a 20 minute walk away. The staff are very welcoming, the hotel is really clean. Everyones expectations are different but for us we had a mist enjoyable stay.

The hotel is nice and clean. Some staff rude especially one in the restaurant. Food is shocking had theme nights but not much on other options if you don't like food connected to the theme. My husband was poorly for two days with trying what was available then he didn't eat much for a couple of days. So we had to find extra money to go out to eat. Also we paid alot of money to go all inclusive but in drinks it's only beer no option to have cider or you had to pay extra, also have to pay for water. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

This hotel looks beautiful but is far from that once you are a guest. The staff are kind until you need help or they have made a mistake. There is no entertainment or music so the atmosphere is boring. Food is okay. Rooms are very average and not spacious like the pictures and most drains are broken. This hotel doesn’t offer anything extra - I asked for something special or even just to sing happy birthday to my partner and they said they do not offer that. Staff are rude. The location is not far from the beach - maybe 10mins. But if your mobility isn’t the best or you’re older I’ll take longer. We booked the spa and massages for 2 people 36hrs in advance (for mine and my partners birthday on his birthday). We arrived 10 minutes before our time slots (10am & 11am), they told us to wait for the masseuse to arrive… we waited 35 minutes before reception called to find out what was happening although we kept asking. Reception then realised they had double booked us with someone else and said there was nothing they could do. They offered us an appointment at 6pm instead but we have dinner reservations and they said as it’s an external company although they booked the spa for us it’s not their fault and there’s nothing they can do. Not helpful or kind for a birthday booking at all! The restaurant staff were rude to us (ESPECIALLY TRINI). I dropped fruits by accident and after picking it up she then made me wipe and clean the floor after shouting ‘it was her fault’ when another guest asked her to wipe the liquid from the fruits. She also tried to refuse us and other guests in the restaurant at 11:55am saying breakfast is closing in 5 minutes although all we wanted was a croissant that was right by the door. The other guests explained to her that they had not eaten breakfast and she proceeded to tell them no and we (on their behalf) told her that it’s unfair, we’re on holiday and we have 5 minutes. They had already packed away all of the breakfast except the croissants so there was no reason for her to refuse us food. She also began shouting at us and other guests was watching and turned away. Another guest asked if we were okay and thought we were staff because of the way she was speaking to us! So so rude!!!! There is no music or entertainment around the whole hotel (including the pool). Last night (Sunday) was the first night there were 2 staff singing for about an hour and that was the ‘entertainment’ for the evening. They then took the music with them once they were finished. Every night we have been here guests are forced to sit in reception once the bar closes at 11:30pm and play music from their personal speakers for entertainment… This was a birthday trip that we intended to relax and unwind, but that has not been the case. We do not recommend coming to this hotel and we will not be returning. The atmosphere and staff are enough to deter us let alone all the issues that have occurred.

Hotel just outside port alcudia. Rooms are modern and clean. Common areas are very nice. Breakfast has a good selection , however bacon is not great. Large selection of donuts/eggs)pancakes /fruit/hams/cheese etc . Bike room available for storing bikes if on a cycle trip. Dinner , each night different theme , good selection. If you would like quiet avoid 1 st floor as entertainment in in evening directly underneath till 10.30. 5 mins walk to beach 3 mins walk to Lidl Plenty of bars /restaurants /transport nearby
