Great hotel, very family-friendly. At the foot of the sandy beaches and the sea. Very good and very varied buffet, lots of choice for breakfast and dinner. A second Italian restaurant is available. A bar on the top floor of the hotel with a magnificent view of the sea. Very large outdoor swimming pool with a VIP area. Deckchairs in the hotel. Deckchairs on the beach for a fee of €20 per day I recommend this hotel.

Just finished our 2 weeks stay in CONDESA Overall review- superb hotel, we had amaising holidays, good price/quality rapport. It seems to be a family owned hotel, you can feel personal human touch in lots of details, it’s not like a factory like bigger chains of hotels. Great for families with kids of all ages. Our initial need was: near the sea, nice beach, good baby club to take care for our child. This hotel more than satisfied our needs: 1. 10 meters from the sea, very long sandy beach with amaising transparent water 2. Food is great, for each taste. 3. Baby club is super interesting for kids plus there are water slide, games. 4. Amaising team of animators. Thank you for your work! Special thanks to Neri and Nicole for their energy and special attention and to Patrick for great moments of fun! 5. Animation was great in general- Ouiz and Bingo and different evening shows were of a good quality and not cheesy at all. 6. Super idea with electronic bracelets which allows to have no cards and keys. 7. Some rooms are completely renovated, some are not. We have been in the ‘old’ one but it was very comfortable. We usually do not like to come back to the same hotel but this one we will maybe come back to one day in future. Thanks, Victoria, room 425.

I really enjoyed staying in the hotel Condesa. I went with my grandad and brother and I can definitely say that it’s the best place for the family holiday. Perfect food and entertainment. A lot of to do for a kids and nice shows every night. Also, I want to say thank you to the Guest Experience Coordinator (Lydia) , she helped us solve all the issues and organize excursions. She made us feel welcome and valued and again a huge thanks to her and the entire team of the Condesa Hotel.

Nice hotel on a wonderful beach. The hotel is large and has all the essentials, more for families with small children than for adults. A wonderful view from the roof, from which you can see the entire bay

Checked in at midnight on the Thursday and were given instructions and our wristband.Day one we couldn’t get a sunbed so wasn’t a great start. We had to higher a daybed for the day €25. Room was comfortable and clean. Just don’t book a basic double room as we were overlooking a flat roof no view at all. Food wise there was lots of choice but pretty much the same. Snack bar was the best. Had to be up at 6 am to get a sunbed. Thought we’d try a beach day and higher beds on the beach but all reserved by 9am. Hotel clean but around the pool for 3 days we noticed water had gone green, maybe could do with a hose down and not just the bits they could see. The stains from spilt coke were still there the day after. Now upon checking out 11.am no problem until we were told our all inclusive wrist bands were being cut off. Our transfer was until 8.30 pm so all day we had to buy our drinks. Wasn’t happy about that as we paid for that day all inclusive for the week. We got a voucher for lunch that’s it. Never had to do this at any other all inclusive hotels we’ve been to we kept our wristbands until transfer arrived. Big shout out though to the Jet2 rep in the hotel he was amazing, great advice and lots of knowledge. Peter I think his name was. Overall I’d say the hotel was more a 3* not 4.

Location - Amazing. Beach on your doorstep and stunning sand/water. Noise - Horrendous, understatement. Like an over populated naughty kids school. At every corner there are kids/small children either screaming or crying. Absolutely no peace and quiet anywhere unless out at sea. Sun beds - if you want one, get up at 6am as all taken by 6:30. Just not enough space for everyone. Restaurant- Huge, manic, noisy and smells of fish mixed with bleach. Saying that, food was excellent. Room- 1st floor greeted by lots of ants (see picture) Moved to 4th floor with sea view, better but needs updating. No drawers, open cupboard? Madness. Safety deposit box is €3.70 per day. It’s only €30 to buy!! Main bar- Rushed drinks, no rapport with customers, hectic bar staff, mediocre cocktails. Like being at Aldi check out. Won’t be returning! Adiós
