Insgesamt gut gepflegtes Hotel und Anlage. Appartment 507 ist hell und ansprechend. Sehr freundliches Personal. Wir hatten All incl. Man sollte keine Sterneküche erwarten, aber am Buffet sollte für jeden etwas zu finden sein. Für uns haben lediglich glutenfreies Brot und Hafermilch gefehlt. Mandel-und Sojamilch waren vorhanden. Die Poolanlage ist sehr schön und der kleine Fitnessraum völlig ausreichend für den Urlaub. Strand in 3 Minuten fußläufig erreichbar

Very nice apartmenthotel in a great location, a couple of minutes away from the beach. The poolarea is nice, but enoying that "towelbooking" of sunbeds still is allowed... Otherwise we are very happy with our stay and the hotel lived up to our expectations.

I’ve been staying in hotels recently but this place has changed my opinion on self catering, it was a great experience. Very polite and friendly staff, the room was spotless and I mean spotless, clean and fresh towels every day, the pool (2 pools) area was big with plenty of beds, the reception area had this amazing clean fresh smell, bar area and restaurant was spotless too. We didn’t eat much here only once we had all you can eat lunch but the options were great not the norm Spanish food but a bit more thought in the options suitable for all different tastes. Restaurant staff very helpful and friendly. There is a lovely beach within no more then 4/5 mins walk away a shop across the road and bus stop around the corner where you can jump on the bus to the port. Honestly this place was fantastic I would 100% recommend this for families, couples and for older friends, it’s not suitable for the younger friends looking to party. Excellent experience overall

Prima appartement met balkon in mooie accommodatie. Appartement met keukenblok en hoekbank. Prima balkon met uitzicht op zee. Het personeel was erg behulpzaam en aardig. Er werd ( bijna) dagelijks schoongemaakt, schone handdoeken enz.

The Pros:
- Very friendly Staff
- it is close to the beach and a small supermarket.
- The pool area is family friendly
- The hotel was very clean and tidy
The Cons:
- The internet is cumbersome to login to and very slow and unstable to use.
- We read in a review the hotel had undergone a renovation. But from our point of view it only looked like they had installed some new floors, because the room and the hallways was quite old fashioned.
- The bathroom looked on the other hand way more modern, but with only 1 towel hook and no drying rack available at all, it is not the smartest solution.

The hotel was lovely spotless clean staff extremely friendly and helpful rooms lovely clean the shower was hot and clean towels every day the food was lovely good choice for both breakfast and evening meals I would definitely recommend this hotel and good for families too the beds were very comfortable as well. Near to the beach and shops plenty eating places nearby

Très satisfait de l’endroit avec toutes les commodités à quelques pas de l’hôtel ainsi que plage à 4 mn , la nourriture est correcte, les animations sont pas terribles ainsi que le réceptionniste d’après-midi pas très souriant , les femmes de ménage font un super boulot 👍🏽 pour les visites de formentor , soller, valdemossa etc… lieu stratégique ! Avec les enfants nous avons bien aimé superbe découverte de l’île avec location d’une voiture à l’aéroport chez Record go tout s’est bien passé ! Pour 130 euros la semaine une DR voiture italienne parfait 👍🏽

Excellent hotel with the friendliest of staff, all in a perfect location. We have been many times and hope to visit many more times. Relaxing hotel for adults but still have entertainment for kids and adults. Pool area is terrific and all inclusive is a bargain even if you only take soft drinks and water. Well done to Rosa and her team at reception. The restaurant and staff work so hard too so big shout out to Jesica, Ana. Manica et al. Thanks for making our holiday so great.
