Hotel Moré

Disappointed, room was average. Leaked from AC, TV didn’t work( although didn’t need it), elevator loud and you can hear it in room. Disappointed with reception, told us that they ordered taxi, never come, missed bus for airport. Lost 30€.

Hotel is lovely in a great location unfortunately they take advantage of the lack of close amenities. Bar charges especially for water is shocking. Advice to go to the hotel next door. The restaurant isn't the clearest dishes need checking on both sides. We were there 2 weeks and linens only changed on the 11th day after I complained 3rd or 4th time. Raised these issues with Jet2 rep but was made to feel like I was just being picky. Won't go back

Bad points .. ,rooms smelled a bit of damp/mould pillow smelled so bad I had to ask for a clean one Good points..gorgeous sea view from room ,food was great especially breakfast, I like walking so wasn't a problem that it's around a 15/20min walk to town,buses are easy to locate and get around the island.

Well, I'm afraid we were a little disappointed - our 10th stay & we paid extra for a seaview but the balcony was tiny! With a huge wall to our left which juts out and spoiled any view. As was the bathroom, very small. The cleaning has definetly declined and the sink had toothbrush marks for days so I cleaned this myself. Dirty glasses left in the corridor for days. Some days we had no towels too. Had to be the smallest bathroom (325) and the air con was barely there! Breakfast was fine but the evening meals are certainly not as good as before, so we were disappointed. Nice to see Juan Jesus from the bar (and the night manager) but never got to speak to Juana. I hope you are well. A kettle would be great and especially a small fridge to chill water in the heat. Please replace the sunbeds as they are so worn! Just being honest - the updated public areas are lovely & obviously the location too. Please note the little shop round the corner has closed and the other shop near the Red Rum too! Such a shame. Hope to be back one day. It was our wedding anniversary whilst we were there (4/7/25) but no special touches from the hotel. Real shame. Fond memories of past holidays there with our son.

Hotel is very clean, rooms cleaned every day. Stayed half board breakfast was anything from cereal to full English, plenty of juices to choose from. Eve meal was varied always found something to eat. Always was able to get a sunbed around the non splash pool being a non swimmer I was able to walk in with little fear. Didn't need to go the main pool at the front of the hotel so can't comment on that. Bar staff especially Juan was very friendly and always had a smile. Entertainment was OK Mondays and Sundays were the best with the singers, the chap who sang on a Monday was really interactive with the guests very funny man. Would recommend the hotel and not to much of a walk the the old town and Alcudia beach about half hour hour, would recommend a taxis back though as was very hot walking good job bars along the way.
