Club Mac

WE LOVE CLUB MAC.. This was our 5th time at this resort. And yet again it did not disappoint the food choice,the cleanliness,the amazing helpful staff(even when my husband had a health episode),the choice of pools that were immaculate,cleaned everyday.Even down to our room cleaner that greeted us everyday even if it was just with towels...if your looking for fun for all the family I'd definitely recommend.We are a family of 9 of all ages from 48-4..

I'm actually still here but leaving tomorrow, but I'm here with my husband & 2 children who are 7 & 4. Reading reviews leading up to the holiday I wasn't sure how to feel. However all the 'bad' reviews, it's really not that bad! It is a huge hotel with lots of people so it is very busy everywhere all of the time. I really don't like loud busy Hotels like this but we made our holiday our own & still really enjoyed ourselves. We went to to quieter childrens pool which my girls loved! We went for meals at quieter times & we got out & explored the area most days & did a few excursions. The hotels location is great, the water park over the road is fantastic! We always found something to eat at every meal. We didn't have major issues with noise in the corridors, only the odd screaming child but nothing to complain about. The rooms are small but we've never stayed at a hotel where the air-conditioning works as well as it has here! Plus the way we see it, you only need the room to sleep in so we don't really worry about the room as long as it's clean & it was and on that point the hotel was spotless! So so so clean! The staff are incredibly friendly & helpful as well. Overall I would recommend this hotel if you want fantastic pools, good food & access to the water park & a good base to explore Alcudia. We personally wouldn't come back but that's only because we feel we've outgrown all inclusive hotels & would probably go self catering in the future. But I'm glad we came & we enjoyed our holiday!

After reading reviews I was worried about coming but I was surprised at the reviews that had been written? We found there was plenty to do (although we paid for gold and never got chance to use the fair as it wasn’t in action when ever we went, one day a lady said 12 so we waited 20 mins then she shut it very annoying) the food was basic but nice, there was plenty of choice. The staff were friendly and the hotel was clean, always saw them cleaning around the day.

Clean, well maintained resort. Friendly hard working staff. Food varied and plentiful. Travelled as family of seven, grandparents, son, wife and three boys. Rooms clean and big enough for amount of time spent in them. Waterpark really good experience, bus to beach, an amazing addition for guests, five minutes maximum with such friendly drivers. Ignore negative reviews and go with open mind, we had a really great time.

Hotel room was spotless and cleaners were great got fresh towels everyday.I have a few things I think they could improve 1. The shower isn't the best it could be a bit more powerful. 2. There is no light in the balcony this could be needed at night. Lots of sockets which is good. The safe was easy enough to use. Lots of storage space and the drawers on the bed was good.balcony is very small but worked for us. Overall Hotel. Has lots on offer, restaurants are all good. Love the kids corner. The kids bar is brilliant but they need to make sure there is ice pops as always had to wait a few hours on these. (Maybe put more into the freezer as its a big one) Burger van was good, always a queue so go early lol. Pizza van was nice also. Staff are very attentive couldn't do enough. The odd one was not as helpful. Entertainment was ok. Not the best ive seen in hotels. Kids disco was good. The bingo was good( didn't win tho ) The cars and trampolines and fun world was good my daughter enjoyed these. The cups was ok can be annoying if you have forgotten to bring them down. Loved the idea of the coffee/tea etc machine and the fresh apple and orange and cold water machine in the lobby. Vending machines were good also and not overpriced. The shop was handy too. The bus to the beach/ port was easy enough. Waters park was good also.great that they have a separate entrance for club mac so you dont need to stand in the massive queue to get in. Prices of food etc wasnt too bad either. Needs some music on around the pools. The train around the lake was on from 3.30pm to 4.30pm free of charge. Would I return yes I would. My daughter loved it as did I and my mum.

Hotel is SPOTLESS Cleaners are fantastic and toilets are always clean. Gardens are clean. Family rooms of 4 people etc are located next to lift in MARTE building where we stayed. It was peak season and it was so noisy it was like sleeping in the corridor. To be honest if my husband had not packed excellent ear plugs we may have had to go home early as sleep would not be possible without earplugs. Floor surfaces are all hard and children and adults running in the corridor day and night meant that sleep was not possible (without good earplugs). Note: I am a seasoned traveler and a deep sleeper, but this noise level was the worst I experienced in 25 years of travelling. I went to Guest Satisfaction desk to ask to move to a quieter room and explain about the extreme noise levels and was told that there is nothing they can do. All hotels have noisy rooms.
