Where to start.. Good Points then the bad points... (tips) Good Nice Clean rooms, big enough for us lovely power shower, towels changed daily, Mini fridge, hair dryer, safe, 7 Pools a smally lazy river and a huge lake sun beds were plentiful, we had no problems fresh sandwiches are really lovely Pizza bar, burger bar, late snacks 10pm-12am Bars only 4 were open when we were there, you can pay up for premium, Main Restaurants, breakfast is typical of AI, Lunch, never found the need to look as the snacks were more than ok.. BAD Evening Meal Every night was a Themed night, Chinese, Mexican, Indian etc.. not brilliant IMO, but you properly wont go hungry.. there is a microwave, you will need it,, Entertainment, Day time as we chose the other pool didn't see any Evening,, Bingo and a Show, some were better than others, this is in an open Ampitheater that they call the circus and its Horrible, run down, dirty and smelly, its very near the lake so you WILL get bit as the mosquitos are rampant, Long ques for the bar but to be fair the staff do what they can (its way to small), there is another place for Entertainment between the reception hotel and another 1 Forget the name, there are 3 hotels in this complex. again the bar is too small for the amount of people. but the staff try their best. this hotel complex does NOT cater for bad weather, so if you want a drink you have to go outside in the rain for it.. no bars were open or even set up for poor weather, and it got cold and was very windy,,, some patio heaters would have been very welcomed, (yes It was may and the weather was disappointing, Not the hotels fault Obviously,) During our stay we saw too many drunk fights, arguing and police .. Other stuff & a tip or 2 the tourist tax is about 15 euros each, per week you pay a refundable euro for a card, swap that at the bar you get a drink, you take the beaker back when you want another drink they swap it for a clean beaker, when your done you take the dirty ones back and ask for cards, its a pain but you get use to it no beaker no drink, you will have to pay again,,, at the end of your stay swap your tokens for your euro.. there is a water park but we didn't go so can't comment 85 euros form the airport to hotel 40-45 mins in a taxi. free but to the beach, nice shops bars and harbor not that much round the hotel a bar or 2, a kabab place Hotel shop is a bit over price but there is a supermarket (Lidle) just down the road.. This is a family hotel complex so obviously expect loads of kids. No adults only space it would have been nice but in fairness didn't advertise one, I made a mistake booking this hotel so that's down to me, you live and learn, don't go if your adults with no kids lol, would I recommend this hotel? NO, its not my thing, this is just my take on club mac, speaking to other guests who do have kids they loved it,
