The overall environment of the hotel is good, but the room has a damp smell and insufficient ventilation. The buffet breakfast is very rich and very satisfying! In addition, children need to pay separately for staying, which I have never encountered before.

Excellent hotel! So much to do for the kids, our 6 and 2 year old had a great time and we did too. Kids club is great, with loads of different activities. We went all inclusive and the food was very good! Rosa (I think the lady's name was) at reception was so helpful! Everyone who worked there seemed to have a smile on their face! Yes, the rooms are dated, but are cleaned well and beds are comfortable. I think they may be renovating later this year. The hotel is literally right beside the beach which is amazing. Overall I would highly recommend staying here and will be back.

Desde que llegamos han estado pendientes de que no nos falte de nada. Todo el personal se preocupa por hacerte la estancia inolvidable, desde recepción , servicio de habitaciones ( Nancy), restauración, camareros l, todos. Es la buena impresión que te llega . Los servicios de animación de calidad y muy variados, incluyendo a todas las edades e innumerables actividades, si quieres puedes estar todo el día y la noche sin salir del hotel y haciendo actividades. Los espectáculos de la noche son comparables a cualquier musical actual en cartelera. En cuanto a la comida y bebida te puedes hartar y de calidad . En definitiva, encantados. Destacar la situación del hotel, con acceso directo a la mejor playa que hemos disfrutado por sus aguas y poca profundidad en extensión. Ha sido una buena elección.

Excellent for families. Food is fantastic. Great vibes. All inclusive is a super option. Alejandra is fantastic. Super good with the kids. My 6 yr old & 2 yr old had a fantastic time. Evening entertainment is very good. Pjama party was v good & save the turtles.

The food at the hotel was buffet style and was very varied. I am vegan but the chef, Susanna, was extremely helpful and friendly and went out of her way to show me the vegan options and let me know that she could provide vegan fillets (mock chicken style - very nice) and 3 types of vegan cake on request. She gets a 5 star rating for service.

Estamos teniendo muy buena experiencia en general, la comida es buena y variada, las instalaciones estan cuidadas, el acceso directo a la playa esta muy bien, la organización de las animaciones excelente y el personal muy agradable y muy atentos destacar a Lobo, Manolo, super Mario las y los chicos de animación para peques,y el personal del conedor,en general un hotel muy recomendable para viajar en familia y en la zona de Alcudia que es espectacular
