Sunwing Alcudia Beach

Bad hotel and not worth the money at all. There are only 4 chairs, 4 forks etc and we are a family of 5. The beds are so bad. Only mattresses with springs that make noise when you turn around. the toilet door cannot be closed. A big disappointment and the staff could be nicer and smile more. First holiday ever I've felt this way before.

Visited alcudia beach today. There’s plenty of sun loungers but you do need to pay. Alternatively just stick your towel on the sand… Great beach for a family and well worth a visit. We visited in the morning and it was very busy. There’s a local spar nearby if you’re looking for beach toys etc. Also plenty of cafes nearby for that all essential ice cream…

Fantastic location of the resort to enjoy the summers of Mallorca. Just by the beach. Staff were warm and cordial. We got a birthday cake ordered at the reception for our kid. Big breakfast buffet spread to start the morning with. My 6 year old loved the swimming pool. The mini market has all the supplies you need for the stay. Rooms were clean and fresh. Would definitely return to this hotel when we travel to Alcudia next time!

This resort I a great place to go, if you bring kids younger than 10 years and want small sized pools with a great overview. It’s often difficult to get a sunbed, but the beach is close to the hotel. The restaurant is nice. Many people and sometimes a challenge to walk with a plate through the restaurant, without getting into trouble with kids The bars are great and I can recommend both people that stay at the hotel and guests from the beach to visit the bar and buy a great drink made by the great bartender Xisco. Great service, drinks and always making one smile and laugh. The restaurant PACO’s grill and kitchen is definitely also a place to go!. If you are lucky to get served by Paco, you willleave the place with a smile and get great service!. It’s also a goto place from the outside. Rooms are fine and clean!. Service in the reception is good and with a smile.

My husband and I was at this hotel in September 2022... we had a Royal Family Suite in room 517 and we had the most wonderful view ... the balkony was of class and it was absolutely gorgerous..... the room is so big and the kitchen had micro waven a big refrigarater and a big living room. The bedroom is big and it is air conditioner for free in both rooms... it is sooo clean.. wonderful and nice ... we also got a welcome package with Champange crackees Cleese and whine... wonderdul..... The hotel is on the beach .... only 10 meter from hotel... The chop Lidl is just 200 meters from the hotel ... cheap food ...🙂 It is very quit around rhe hotel and not much to do in the eveing ... BUT..... about 800 meters from the hotel ... it is a beach walk to the nearest center..... there it is alot to see ... and do.... and a lot of restaurants.... I will really like to recomand this wonderful hotel to all og you... the hotels Staff is so friendly and so helpful.. I would love to come back..... Please notice.... The Royal Family suites is the BEST ... and Worth its price... this rooms are from the 4 floor to the 6 floor and all with glass balconies and fylly sea view!!!!

Never going back. This is a vacation "factory" with to many people in a small place. Cigaraette buns, champagne corks, old paint and more on our terrace. Vi asked to change room only ten minutes after our arrival because it was not clean, ants everywhere and just not met our expectations. Nobody was interested in helping us, and after complaining about the litter in the back yard/terrace twice without anyone cleaning it up we ended up cleaning it up ourselves... This place is not worth the money and the dining area and pool area is much smaller than it looks in the pictures.
