The hotel is simply super. I would give it 10 out of 5. In order:
1. The staff and service in general are ideal. Such unobtrusive care and attention are priceless❤️
2. We were on half board - breakfast and dinner. The cuisine is amazing. The cook is simply top 🤌
3. Concerts every evening. And each concert in a new style. A very high-quality show.
4. Alcudia beach is within walking distance. The beach is good, but too many people. We were in August and there were as many people as in Anapa🤣 but the beach itself is good
5. The pools on the territory are beyond praise: the sun loungers are not miserable plastic, but soft beds) The music is unobtrusive, the bar is super - delicious cocktails and snacks. There is a quiet pool, but we did not go to it. And it also looks super.
Total: I do not know the names of the staff, so I appeal to all the hotel employees: you are the best. Thank you for an incredible vacation. We will definitely come back😘

The hotel was first class from minute one. We arrived late and were greeted with a smile and a glass of bubbles as a welcome and a packed dinner left waiting in our room, nice touch! The rest of the trip followed the same pattern. We couldn’t fault any of the staff for the 8 nights we were there, smiling to our every request and always happy to facilitate us. From top to bottom we couldn’t give enough praise to all the staff. A great team who appear to enjoy their work. Thanks everyone. The food was exceptional, buffet style, but something there for everyone’s taste and finished to a high standard every night. The evening cocktails were to a similar standard. The dining room was very professional for both sittings and with the bad weather while we were there this became the highlight of the day. Enjoying the live music with full bellies. The pool club and gym are great additions. We visited the hotel 7 years ago and noticed the improvement’s straight away. The gym being beside the pool was great and got used to pass the time in between swims. All in all we loved our trip and will be recommending the hotel to everyone who asks or listens. This was our second stay at Astoria Playa and we had an amazing time. We were greeted by Federico at the reception and offered a chilled glass of Cava which was a lovely gesture, especially after the long flight. We booked the double room with bali bed on the balcony - it is a well layed out space with minimalistic, clean white lines. Bali bed was a great addition and balcony was very spacious, facing the gym and with views of Kimera Klub. Unlike the first time we visited (early April), this time the stage was ready for the entertainment nights which we thoroughly enjoyed. The reception team and restaurant staff are extremely professional and courteous and they made us feel so welcome. Cleaning team did the great job, the rooms were spotless and water was provided every day. The food was amazing, well seasoned and fresh. Kitchen caters for all dietary needs from vegetarian, vegan, gluten and dairy free, you name it. Big thanks to Lenka, Scarlet, Mamuso, Garcia and Core (sorry I couldn't remember all the names) and for the outstanding customer service provided; you are the reason we are, and we will coming back to your hotel.

La habitación genial. Su baño lo mismo, la cama y almohadas igual. Servicio de limpieza excelente. Todo muy bien y confortable. El comedor muy bien, variado los menus bufet. El personal profesional y muy atento. La cafetería de 10, en atención y personal. Han sido unas buenas vacaciones y sería para REPETIR el verano que viene.

The nicest hotel we have stayed in. This is our fourth visit and we have not been disappointed. The hotel is spotless, the food is delicious and the staff are very helpful and friendly. We came here to celebrate our 20th Wedding Anniversary and have had a wonderful time.
