Hotel perfecto para desconectar. El personal es estupendo, muy amable y profesional. Las habitaciones y zonas comunes muy acogedoras. El buffet tiene mucha variedad de alimentos. Sin duda lo mejor las piscinas y las vistas directas al mar.

No cumplen lo hablado y comprometido, ni las ofertas personalizadas, se echan la "pelota entre tejados de otros departamentos o a la rotación de compañeros" y al final el cliente es el perjudicado. Es una pena que ellos mismos te cierren la puerta.

Poor check in , very slow, unexpected parking charge!!!! No water in room, asked reception, never arrived!!! , check out , only one person on reception on a Saturday morning????

Hemos estado en este hotel desde el 27 de Julio al 4 de Agosto y nusestra experiencia no ha sido gratificante. El hotel no está mal, aunque no esperéis grandes cosas. Las habitaciones VIP son muy pequeñas (el baño casi es más grande que la habitación). En el comedor se forman grandes colas al entrar y al coger comida. La piscina es pequeña y cierra a mediodía. La animación, sobretodo la de adultos es muy justita. Los espectáculos de la noche son malos y repetitivos (algunos bochornosos). El sercicio VIP no merece la pena mas que por las vistas desde la terraza, lo demás es prescindible. Tiene una playa cerca que está a tope de gente y que tiene la arena mojada todo el día (la playa de las fuentes). Además, la playa estuvo cerrada más de la mitad de los días, debido a que en los últimos análisis realizados en el agua había cantidades de bacteria e coli en candidades astronómicas. Esto no es la primera vez que pasa, ni será la última, ya que suele ocurrir en temporada alta, debido a que los sistemas de alcantarillado no están preparados para esa masificación. Desde el hotel nos pusieron autobuses a las playas más cercanas. Cuanquiera de esas dos playas (El Cargador y La Romana) son mejores que la playa de las fuentes. Alcoceber es un buen sitio, pero yo les aconsejo que vayan a los hoteles o apartamentos que están más hacia el sur, hacia las otras playas que antes citábamos.

Casi perfecto.
El hotel y el entorno son una maravilla.Un lugar idóneo para desconectar y perfecto para descansar. No es la primera vez que vengo y no será la última.
Pero la comida deja bastante que desear.
Espero que cambien la calidad de la comida.
El spa está muy bien y la masajista es de 10.
Es una pena que cierren en noviembre y no vuelvan a abrir esta semana Santa.

Modern 4* in lovely location, everything spot on for us. Of course the photos on the listing are clever, the gym and pool are much smaller irl; but still all good.
Local town is lovely too, plenty of nice restaurants and a market came on Tuesday.
