Really nice hotel in ‘grim’ area - Hundred Burger around the corner was brilliant though and was really good.

Estuve el fin de semana pasado con mi pareja y la verdad nada malo, todo lo contrario. La estancia fue muy bien, tres noches. Lo único que puedo decir es que no nos cambiaron las toallas ni una vez ya que directamente no pusieron toallas de ducha ninguna noche. Tuvimos que pedirlas dos noches al chico de recepción ya que la última noche pasamos de insistir. Otro contra es la cerveza (sin gluten) del bar. ¿Cómo en pleno Madrid podéis poner veneno sevillano de cruzcampo sin gluten? La normal perfecto, Mahou madrileña y exquisita, pero la Cruzcampo... pffff...!!!!

We were very surprised as we had a very wrong preconceived idea of an ibis hotel so we’re delighted with this hotel and staff and to be proved wrong. Will stop here again.
