They charged me twice the amount of the room, I had the stay prepared through trip and they charged me again claiming that it wasn't. I have subsequently had both charges and continue to complain without success.
The hotel is far away and you always depend on the taxi.
Breakfast was not what was expected. The hotel was crowded and there was no option to sit on the terrace, it was hot inside and although they sell the juice as natural, it is from a bottle.
Correct service but very slow.
The pool is in shade all afternoon and finding an available housekeeper is an adventure.
Frankly there are better options in Lisbon and probably cheaper since I am still demanding a refund for the duplicate payment.
The after-sales service is disastrous, they do not answer emails and I continue trying by all means to recover my money.

Housekeeping was pretty much didn’t exist, plus the fact that with our without “do not disturb” they would knock ALL the time starting 10h after we arrived.
Breakfast it’s just not up to scratch..

This hotel is fantastic. The staff are wonderful and the breakfast is amazing. It's like stepping back in time but with all the modern amenities. The rooms and architecture are breathtaking. I would really recommend staying here.

Some of the common rooms at the Palace are beautiful while some of the others have very faded and chipped furniture. It’s a shame.
We paid almost $800.00 for a junior suite that was badly in need of repairs, replacement carpet (the carpet was badly stained) and new furniture. I was so looking forward to staying in this property it was a big disappointment.
On the positive side the bellmen, restaurant staff and concierge were very helpful and friendly.

Fiquei hospedado no hotel esse mês. Do dia 15 ao dia 19 de agosto de 2024. Aluguei um carro no aeroporto. Fiz a vistoria com a locadora e não apresentava nenhuma avaria. Fiz o trajeto direto para o hotel. Eu mesmo dirigindo, deixei o carro com o manobrista. E quando me devolveram no outro dia apresentava uma avaria no pára-choque dianteiro do lado direito. Uma avaria que terei que pagar para a locadora. Informei a recepção do hotel e me disseram que pelas câmeras não foram os manobristas mas eu não poderia ter acesso às imagens (apenas acreditar) e se alguém cliente fez essa avaria no estacionamento o hotel não tem responsabilidade sobre isso. Estou extremamente chateado com a situação, não pelo o ocorrido, porque entendo que acidentes acontecem mas pela postura do hotel Pestana Palace. Fiz a reclamação no site deles e nem resposta eu recebi.
