前台服務很差，給我最偏僻的房間而門卡居然不設定。我找到前台人員來回多跑500米不止，她居然沒有一絲歉意。我説能不能換個近一點的房間。她説“全滿了”。我説“你給我的卡不能開不了門，你不説點什麼？”。她説那麼我説對不起好了。 酒店設施簡陋，除了有一個游泳池外與經濟酒店一樣，收費要1160多元。除非你開車不舒服了，它緊貼高速公路，其他沒有好處。早餐15歐。

공항과 가까워 이용하였습니다. 시설과 서비스는 보통이었고 방 내부에 수납공간과 러기지공간이 있어 편리했습니다. 방은 둘이 사용하기 적당한 크기로 쾌적하였습니다.
나는 2층에 숙박했고 자정부터 새벽내내 1층에서 올라오는 담배냄새 때문에 괴로웠습니다. 금연공간에 대한 관리를 좀 더 철저히 한다면 완벽할 것입니다.

Celebramos nuestra boda el 7 de junio de 2025 y todos nuestros familiares y amigos se quedaron en el hotel a pasar el finde de semana. Lo pasamos genial, además la piscina estaba abierta y pudimos disfrutar de ella. El personal del hotel muy amable y atento con nosotros.

Una experiencia maravillosa. Desde el momento en que llegamos, el personal fue muy atento y amable. La comida muy buena y bien presentada. Además, el ambiente fue muy agradable, permitiendo que todos disfrutáramos de la celebración en un entorno cómodo y bonito. Sin duda, fue una elección excelente para una ocasión tan importante. Todos quedaron muy satisfechos. ¡Recomiendo el lugar para futuras celebraciones!. Gracias a todos y especialmente a Lorena por su dedicación y amabilidad.

Fue un día increíble. Gracias a la atención de todos los trabajadores del hotel. Lorena y Ahinoa desde el principio facilitando siempre todo y adaptándose a nuestras preferencias. A los camareros de nuestro día que no pudieron estar más atentos y siempre con una sonrisa, es de agradecer. En nuestro caso llevábamos una persona con alergia alimentaria y la comida y el trato recibido por esta persona fue exquisito. Era la segunda vez que celebrábamos algo con ellos y no nos decepcionaron, sin duda repetiremos. Gracias por ayudar a que el día fuese inolvidable!!

Celebramos la comunión de nuestra hija en el Hotel Isla de Garena el pasado 31 de mayo por la tarde y no podemos estar más contentos con cómo salió todo. Desde el primer momento, el equipo comercial fue muy atento y nos ayudó con todos los preparativos, resolviendo cada duda y cuidando cada detalle. Queremos dar las gracias especialmente a Carlos, que ejerció de técnico de sonido y para nosotros el jefe de sala, que estuvo pendiente de todo en cada momento. Su profesionalidad, cercanía y buena disposición hicieron que la celebración saliera perfecta. Tanto nosotros como los invitados quedamos encantados con el trato, el espacio y el ambiente que se creó. Fue una tarde muy especial que recordaremos siempre con cariño. ¡Gracias de corazón a todo el equipo del hotel!
