we were badly received at the reception, housed in the basement in a room that cannot be called a room but rather a cellar, without windows, not soundproofed.

The receptionist after paying 70€ for a crappy room with no shower gel or shampoo full of dust and a cap of toothpaste lying on the floor, insinuates one hour into our stay that we went out to eat that if we left now, what do you call me p... for hours? I will never come back and I have reported to the police. I am missing money from my wallet. I am sure that he entered my room and stole money. My backpack was open and with wrinkled underwear on the floor. I left it in my backpack when we went out to eat. It is insulting.

Booked this hotel with a private bathroom?when I checked in I am in a basement room with no window, just this little opening near the ceiling. Also sharing the bathroom etc with everyone else on that floor. There was no help at reception to any questions. The only positive of thus 'hotel' is the location. Would not recommend staying here
