The best thing about it was the location for walking, close to the center and supermarkets. The average thing was the parking and service. The worst thing was the cleanliness: the bathroom was dirty, the room wasn't swept, and the breakfast was not good. We requested a double bed and were told they didn't have any "economy" ones. We also informed the cleaners, and they promised to come the next day to clean them, which they didn't. Regarding breakfast, it's at a nearby bar and only includes orange juice, coffee (not hot chocolate, which is more expensive 😳), and toast with butter/tomato, or a croissant. In short, this isn't the place for us. Thank you.

We had a family event and I chose it because of the location close to my mother's house. We arrived at 12 noon and they already had the room ready, very kind and pleasant. Some things to improve are the pillowcases that had some stains and the shower holder that was broken and if you moved it a little the shower head fell 😅.

Fui hará unas 2 semanas y no recomendaría semejante alojamiento ni a Putin. Está calificado como hotel y hay albergues más limpios que esto. La suciedad brilla por su ausencia (recién llegado habían pelos en las almohadas), en las esquinas de la duchas habían pelos, el suelo de la habitación no quería ni tocarlo descalzo, imagínate. Si alguien se está duchando en la otra habitación, escuchas hasta como se enjabona… DEPLORABLE. En resumen, si estimas tu higiene personal, merece la pena pagar un poco más e irte a otro que esté cerca.

Upon arrival at the hotel, there was a paper posted at the reception notifying guests that the hotel was undergoing renovations and that for this reason, from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. construction work would be underway when the renovations, noises, and machines began to work. at 09:25 in the morning. The sink has a dispenser with hand soap as well as the shower and also has towels. If I visited Alcalá again, I don't know if I would return to the same hotel, since I couldn't rest well due to the length of the bed.
