We had a family event and I chose it because of the location close to my mother's house. We arrived at 12 noon and they already had the room ready, very kind and pleasant. Some things to improve are the pillowcases that had some stains and the shower holder that was broken and if you moved it a little the shower head fell 😅.

Chambre modernisée et authentique. Bon accueil, personnel compétent, très sympathique et à l'écoute. Nous avons eu un soucis avec notre chambre et notre petit déjeuner, ils ont résolu le problème avec professionnalisme. Je suis très satisfait. Cet hotel est parfait pour votre séjour dans cette magnifique ville. Bon accueil Chambre pas très grande mais originale et ou il fait bon y séjourner. Table de nuit, bureau, placard, porte manteau, sèche cheveux. Mon petit coup de cœur est la musique de l'hôtel que chacun peut écouter dans sa chambre. On peut la fermer si on veut. The negative is that to access the balcony or the second bed you have to go sideways since the space between the wall and the end of the bed is very, very narrow. Upon arrival at the hotel, there was a paper posted at the reception notifying guests that the hotel was undergoing renovations and that for this reason, from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. construction work would be underway when the renovations, noises, and machines began to work. at 09:25 in the morning. If I visited Alcalá again, I don't know if I would return to the same hotel, since I couldn't rest well due to the length of the bed.

I went about 2 weeks ago and I would not recommend such accommodation even to Putin. It is rated as a hotel and there are cleaner hostels than this.
