El personal de recepción excelente, profesionales y simpáticos. La limpieza mucho que desear, que sea un hotel económico no quiere decir que tenga que estar sucio! Solo por eso no volvería a reservar este sitio.

We had a family event and I chose it because of the location close to my mother's house. We arrived at 12 noon and they already had the room ready, very kind and pleasant. J'ai passé une première nuit dans cet hôtel avec mon frère. Nous avons beaucoup aimé. Très bien situé au centre-ville, àproximité des commerces et stations transports en commun. Chambre modernisée et authentique. Bon accueil, personnel compétent, très sympathique et à l'écoute. Nous avons eu un soucis avec notre chambre et notre petit déjeuner, ils ont résolu le problème avec professionnalisme. Je suis très satisfait. Cet hotel est parfait pour votre séjour dans cette magnifique ville. Bon accueil Chambre pas très grande mais originale et ou il fait bon y séjourner. Table de nuit, bureau, placard, porte manteau, sèche cheveux. Mon petit coup de cœur est la musique de l'hôtel que chacun peut écouter dans sa chambre. On peut la fermer si on veut. If I visited Alcalá again, I don't know if I would return to the same hotel, since I couldn't rest well due to the length of the bed.
