Trato del personal bueno , en cuanto a limpieza deja un picó que desear, tenía entre el bañera y puerta del baño una telaraña bastante grande, informe y años tres días al irme volví a decir que no la habían limpiado. En la puerta de entrada en el lateral hay unas 5 ..o ..6 telarañas de arriba hasta abajo

Albergo grande,datato camere non molto pulite e poco attrezzate. Mancano le prese sui comodini non c'è nulla nel frigo bar. Insomma non ci tornerei, colazione povera. Non fanno cene.......insomma per una struttura del genere mi aspetterei molto meglio

Hemos estado este fin de semana en un viaje de grupo. Las habitaciones correctas en cuanto a limpieza. Por lo demás: - aire acondicionado sin funcionar en las habitaciones en general en el segundo día - ventanas que cierran mal - las camas hechas solo con una sábana y una manta fría, teniendo en cuenta que ese mismo día granizó y nevó hacia una frio de narices - fallo de la caldera con la consecuencia de no poder ducharnos con agua caliente en mismo día de la granizada. - la comida terrible. Un desayuno escaso, bollería industrial y un servicio bastante desagradable por parte de algunas personas. - una buffet para la cena consistente en ensalada, bandejas de hamburguesas, patatas fritas, nuggets y un pescado congelado incomible. Como si viajar en grupo fuera ligado a comer comida basura. Sin duda ni lo recomiendo ni volveré a repetir

Habitación triple correcta, amplia, limpia y cómoda. No funcionaba el ascensor. Hall ruidoso cuando hay grupos alojados ( copa de voleibol) se podría controlar este tema especialmente por las noches.

El hotel está bien situado, al lado de un supermercado que abre incluso domingos, al lado de un centro comercial. Tiene un gran parking exterior gratuito. Está situado fuera del centro de Alcalá de Henares, en un entorno tranquilo. La habitación tenía algún fallo de mantenimiento, la 1024. La puerta del baño al abrir rozaba contra el suelo y no se podía mantener abierta. Es urgente que cambien su forma de colocar los amenities (gel y jaboneras), ya que el papel blanco sobre la bandeja de mimbre tiene muy mal aspecto… Estaba muy limpio, la verdad. Las cortinas opacas fallan mucho, entra demasiada luz a la habitación, además de que tienen unos ciertos agujeritos que le dan mala imagen. El interior del Hall está muy bien. Tiene una distribución singular el interior del hotel. Fallo importante para mí es la falta de bar. Hay una barra de bar pero no hay servicio y no hay forma de tomar algo dentro del hotel a excepción de una máquina vending (también hay café en modo vending). Se escucha mucho el ruido de la gente que está por los pasillos. A las 12 había niños gritando por el Hall. Esto es algo que se debe de controlar. Debía de haber algún tipo de evento, con cena , y quizás era la gente que participaba en ello. Pero, ese punto hay que limar… y garantizar el descanso de los huéspedes. El desayuno es muy sencillo, pero suficiente. Me hubiera gustado encontrarme algo de fruta cortada tipo melón/ sandía o similar…y como no, algo de bollería recién hecha, tipo croisants. Una pena que toda la bollería es industrial. Fuimos a pasar una noche, para asistir a una competición hípica en Hípica las cadenas, y para pasar una o dos noches es un hotel que está bien. Es fácil que volvamos a repetir en un futuro, a pesar de mis críticas, que son solo con ánimo constructivo

Superó nuestras expectativas. Lo mejor fue la atención de todos los departamentos. Nos encontramos mal después de un largo viaje y nos dejaron subirnos el desayuno a la habitación y salir más tarde sin ningún problema. Sin duda volveremos, a ser posible, en viaje vacacional. Muy recomendable!

La calefacción de Las habitaciones no funcionaba , no hay mantas en la habitación tienes que bajar a la recepción a buscarlas, para mi todo un desastre, no repetiría nunca ya que pase más frío que en mi vida, y no fui la única persona al día siguiente había varias personas quejándose de lo mismo, y por lo que nos comentaron es lo habitual este frío en este hotel. Por otro lado, te dicen que tiene todos los servicios, y no es así, el bar está cerrado, no sé cuándo abrirá pero desde luego que no ofrezcan servicios que no puedes usar. Muy mala experiencia la verdad

Estuvimos allí el fin de semana.Tiene pàrquing para clientes gratuito, habitación,limpia,acogedora,sencilla pero agradable.Camas muy cómodas.Es un detalle el hervidor y las infusiones .No tiene nevera en la habitación,pero en recepción tienen máquinas expendedoras con bebidas y demás utensilios personales.Volveremos seguro

Hotel cómodo, de fácil acceso, al lado de la autovía. Tranquilo , pese a ser tan grande. Me ha gustado el poder traer a mis perros, pero el suplemento de 15€ por perro y noche me parece excesivo. El personal muy amable y atento. Sólo nos ha faltado una cafetería para poder cenar algo allí mismo. Por lo demás muy recomendable.
