Fiz o pagamento da reserva no dia 24 julho, para o dia 29/07. No dia 28 julho recebi uma mensagem de que taxa de cancelamento é gratuita. No dia 29, às 12h08 recebemos um email com aviso de cancelamento. Liguei ao hotel, o Sr. Nuno que nos atendeu, foi extremamente mal educado. Mal expliquei sobre o cancelamento, e já foi dizendo que a culpa era do aplicativo. Estava a 20 min de distância do hotel. Ao chegar só pedi o livro de reclamação, ele disse que nos entregaria o livro, mas que iria entrar contra processo judicial contra nós. Por ter sido erro do aplicativo, e ter avisado 10 dias atrás que estavam lotados. E que mensagem privada enviada através do aplicativo não foi enviada por ele, e sim pelo app.

Excelente localização, com um total sossego e respeito por todos que lá ficam. Imensa confiança por quem gere o monte. Piscina sempre limpa, pequeno almoço ao som dos pássaros. Excelentes condições nos quartos e nas casas. Parque de estacionamento grande

Cometi o erro de ter feito a reserva diretamente com o Sr Artur. Para além de não me ter devolvido o dinheiro que paguei antecipadamente a mais, malcriadamente desligou me o telefone enquanto eu lhe explicava o motivo da minha reclamação. Vim embora hoje. Pedi a fatura. Claro que não a tinha deixado para me entregarem na Recepção.. Espero que a envie para o meu e mail. Também , pelo que ouvi,parece que há frequentes "avarias".....

Extraordinário! A localização é ótima, tudo muito limpo e arranjado, o staff muito prestável é simpático. Sossegado, com natureza e animais por perto. Ótima piscina, jacuzzi, bebidas ou comida se for necessário. Tem também bicicletas e carregamento elétrico de veículos. Está muito perto do centro de Alcáçovas, e ainda a distância muito aceitável de Viana do Alentejo, Escoural, Alvito, praia fluvial de albergaria dos fusos, Cuba.
