It was an overnight trip in Albury. Many shops were closed ... Then the hotel had to check in before 7:30. I called in advance and the landlord was fine. Still leave me a room, just leave the key with me. But it ’s really very few people. There are only 2 rooms in the whole hotel, which is quite quiet, but the security is OK, in Australia!

The room is very clean. There is free parking. If the hotel is full, there is a parking building next to it. There is a free floor. It is very convenient. The restaurant downstairs. The supermarket. The convenience store has a very convenient and good stay experience.

The hotel is the tallest building in the town. But there is no such feeling as a picture. Compare the characteristics of a small town. The hotel facilities are old. But the parking lot is big. I still feel unsafe at night. The price and facilities are not directly proportional. The overall feeling is general. A little disappointed.

Didn’t stay. Had a change of plans last minute due to hubby getting sick. Understandably can’t get refund or change of date but customer service, not one but two staff were quite rude in their approach. Especially the first lady I spoke with on the phone.

Excellent location right in town. Safe able to park car right at the front door. Comfy and clean room. Comfy bed. Love it.

I like motels the most. Although the rooms are a little small, they have refrigerators, microwaves, and toasters. We had to leave early the next day, and the staff brought us breakfast in the evening, including milk, bread, jam, cheese, and cereals. We could heat them up the next day.
