Albuquerque Hotels with Airport pickup service

My company hosted a four day event from Tuesday, September 20, 2022 to Friday, September 23, 2022. Erika in catering went above and beyond to make our event run as smoothly as possible, doing the job of multiple people. After the AC not working in one of the conference rooms for two days, Erika took the initative to switch our event to a different room with working AC. During the lunch rush in the hotel restaurant, Erika was taking orders, serving drinks, bringing out orders, and busing tables for 30 to 40 people, at times by herself, with no complaints, only apologies for being understaffed. Erika is truly an asset to this hotel, a joy to work with, and always has a smile on her face. On another note, the hotel is shabby. AC didn't work in the Lounge on the club level and at times in my room.

I stayed two nights one reserved the second because I enjoyed the accommodations so much. Great place.

My spouse and I arrived late to ABQ Sunport and chose this property due to the convenience of its location and a long history of successful stays at Hampton Inns. Unfortunately, this was by far our worst experience at a Hampton. The front desk person was surly, the pillows were mush, and the internal noise level made it difficult to sleep. The mattress was uncomfortable and felt as if it was old and in need of replacement. I emailed Hampton customer service the day of our departure and did receive a follow up call from the property manager the next day. He was apologetic and stated if we chose to stay at the property the night before our return flight, he would “make it worth our while” but never specified what that meant. Stated he would text us his number and to reach out to him directly regarding future accommodation. Never received the text. Will we stay at Hampton Inns in the future? Yes. Will we stay at this property again? Absolutely not..

Many properties also have a pool fitness room and/or meeting space. Internationally the brand includes midscale and upscale hotels and provides a more diverse product offering and amenities.

Not such a great location however all employees were very nice and went out of there way to make you happy.

One of the reviews prior to my booking described it as quaint. Yes, A little bit of that. All of the staff I encountered (6) were extremely polite and willing to please. A turn off for me was that the facility needs a lot of attention to maintenance. Also the location was not easily found for someone visiting from out of town.

Staff was excellent, the hotel room was clean but I could tell it was slightly older. Carpets are likely due for a deep clean, but overall it was a great stay.

After a day of fun come home to the La Quinta Inn Albuquerque Northeast and relax around the sparkling outdoor swimming pool open seasonally Memorial Day-Labor Day. Our rooms have loads of convenient amenities such as free high-speed Internet access and our courteous staff is ready to serve. We are conveniently located north of downtown with easy access from I-25 exit 231 next to Cracker Barrel. Stay here if you conduct business at the Journal Center Sandia National Labs Intel FAA Control Center and America Online.

We booked two different stays at this hotel. Both rooms were clean and comfortable, and surprisingly quiet, given how close to the airport we were. The welcoming front desk staff was exceptional, handling our every request in a friendly, efficient manner. We were grateful for the airport shuttle service, which went above and beyond to provide an extra trip for us to and from the airport. We really appreciated having the Sunport Grille restaurant onsite. Adam served us promptly each morning, and our breakfasts were delicious. We also enjoyed dinner there on our last night in Albuquerque. A bonus: The balloon fiesta was going during our stay, and one morning after their ascension the balloons paraded right past the hotel parking lot!
