We booked this hotel because we had spent many hours on the road and needed the hot tub for my husbands back. We arrived and was told that the hot tub and hotel was in the stages of repair and the hot tub wasn't available.

The hotel was nice & decent. The breakfast was pretty good with options. The room was comfortable and clean. We've stayed here in the past and obviously came back. Our only issue was the smell of **** that filled our room everyday. We were near an exit and either people were lighting up in their rooms or were going outside just past our room and smoking. It was absolutely disgusting and nauseating. We go to ABQ every year for a conference and although we don't have issues with the actual hotel, we will probably stay across the street for now on. The **** was just to much!

Disappointed and bummed in Albuquerque
Stayed 1 night only thankfully. Booked and used points which paid for a third of price. From photos online and regular price of room thought it had to be nice and updated. Clean is just a given to expect anywhere. Got in late. Lobby was so hot and stuffy. Rm was on third floor. Old hotel. Tub as very slow drain immediately filling during shower. A/C old and loud. Pulled back sheets to find stains! Pillows and mattress hard and lumpy. Didn’t sleep well at all and we were on a driving road trip. Very disappointed and feel I wasted my points. At check out front desk offered us 2 waters and snacks for the trouble. Would have LOVED a credit or points back!! Not having good luck with Albuquerque anytime we pass through.

Tracy Waller at the night front desk was awesome and very helpful.
The air conditioning fan in our room was super loud. We had to turn up the TV super loud to hear it when the air-conditioning was on. The telephone in the room didn’t work. There was no hot tub available. The building needed some upgrades for maintenance. For example, where the carpet met the tile, the carpet was worn. Overall, the motel appears in need of some maintenance and upkeep.
