This place is a sh-t hole. Stay away. Room was not clean. Area near homeless. Couldn't find a room for balloon Fiesta. But found this on Priceline. Don't believe price line reviews. I made that mistake. Read Google reviews

A friend booked a room for ten days and paid for it with his credit card later when I realized I was locked out the room I went to the front desk where I was told he had not paid the bill I explained that I had given him 200 towards the bill fraudulent conversion and Rico attorneys fees and costs

I recently stayed at your hotel in Albuquerque West and was appalled by my experience. I have never seen a hotel that has had such a lack of security and cleanliness. There was blood on the bedsheets which is a biohazard and could have caused illness. There was a handprint on the wall, bullet holes in the walls, a homeless person camped outside of our door, and the door handle was hanging on by a thread. The mattress had stains all over it and all kinds of bacteria growing. We did not sleep because we were scared for our safety and decided to leave within only a few hours of checking in. The photos of the hotel were extremely misleading and we did not get the product that we thought we were paying for.
