Staff was excellent, the hotel room was clean but I could tell it was slightly older. Carpets are likely due for a deep clean, but overall it was a great stay.

The bath room door lock was missing, it can lock the door, the sink drain very slowly, the fire alarm on at 6am , I try to call the front desk but the phone can not contact or nobody answers. I try to leave the building but didn't see anybody . Finally stayed in room until the alarm off.

Disgusting! We wasted our points reserving this place and it was nonrefundable. The rooms/hotel are outdated and smelly! Mildew in the crevices of the tube and shower wall. Dust on the window sills that has built up dirt from a couple of years of not cleaning. The carpet has stains and there were wet areas on the wall. In addition to this we found out we have to pay for parking! Definitely not what I expect of a Hyatt. Do not stay here-Save your points!

Check in clerk Megan was very welcolming & friendly. But...room was disappointing. First off, $10 to park!! Bottle of Evian water in room wasn't complimentary, but $5. Table lamp bulb burnt out. Pillows on bed hard. Coffee from in room machine very weak. Refrigerator set so cold it froze our food, ruining it. And the worst part was the loud compressor that hummed all night long. We were on the top (6th) floor...sounded like the unit was above us on top of the building. I didn't have ear plugs so stuffed toilet paper in my ears; ended up having to take a sleeping pill.

Nice, helpful staff, Comfy bed and good shower are only positives. It is very close to the airport. Rest of hotel is old, dirty, and broken. Carpets and walls are filthy. Only one elevator worked and only just. Housekeeping never came to our room in the 4 nights we stayed.

Room was big and bed was comfortable. TV was in the middle of the room and not easily viewed from bedroom. The refrigerator made a buzzing sound all night. At checkout, the staff was not friendly. She seemed annoyed that I didn't use the automated checkout and that I wanted a printed receipt. Breakfast was hot and just OK quality.

Great stay. Hotel is clean, staff are well trained and professional. Good location. Fair price. Best value for money. Works perfectly if you need quick shuttle svc to and from airport. Also shuttle svc anywhere in surrounding area.

Hotel is not a new construction and rather a bit old, but we were pleased to find a clean room and clean bathroom.

The location was great. It’s super close to the airport and is close to the downtown area as well. I could get to every place I wanted or needed to in less than 20 minutes.

This was a comfortable hotel with clean and spacious room and very nice bed wishes the most important part of hotel so you can get a good nights sleep very quiet and probably the only thing that could be improved would be the breakfast which was a bit marginal

Just checked out the hotel without eating breakfast. We checked in using Hyatt digital key to save time so we did not receive any information regarding breakfast. I used the "text to hotel" option to inquire about breakfast, if there is one. My text was sent 50 minutes after midnight thinking someone at the front desk should have time to reply before breakfast, if there is one. There is no reply until 9:58am stating, yes there is complementary breakfast at 6:30-9:30am. I can guess that they are short staff but to the point that no one can reply a simple text with breakfast information?! If you cannot provide text reply service then don't offer the option. This is simply poor service. BTW, this location has the worst bed...way toooo soft. It is so soft that sink into the mattress. It has absolutely no support. This location will go on my never return list.

Amazing location and service! I will always come back when I'm in Albuquerque. The rooms smells amazing and super clean. Food is amazing. The continental breakfast is great! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Overall great experience. Place was clean and a/c worked really good. Staff was friendly. Will definitely stay again.

The hotel was very clean. The rooms were spacious, clean and surprisingly quiet -breakfast bar was awesome and the pool was fantastic.
