Hotel is okay if you’re staying short-term, but is located in a sketchy part of the city. Felt like the amenities could have been better. Housekeeping doesn’t come in to make the beds daily. Was a little over-priced for what was offered.

It can be said to be the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. When I opened the room, I saw that there was a door inside. I knocked a few times, but someone responded. It was too scary😱 I was so scared that I hurried to the front desk to change the room type, saying that I didn’t like this kind of room. But the front desk said that there were no other room types, and helped us transfer to another room on the same floor. The carpet in the room was also very dirty, as if it had never been washed. If it wasn't too late (after one o'clock in the morning), we would definitely not stay. earned the daylight

I thought the location was great. Downtown is relatively slow moving but it seems create easy access to the rest of the city. The rooms are relatively basic I got to experience the ones with an updated bathroom and the ones without. The gym is very lackluster and the pool is even more so. Staff is hit or miss. Some people were kind and attentive, others were not. There’s definitely construction going on so there are the sounds of that happening throughout the hotel. Other than that there’s not much more to tell. Nothing that really stands out in a negative or positive way.

The frontdesk staff were friendly but the rooms where not great. The floor was very dirty and it looks like it has not been vacuumed for a while. There were crumbs on the floor, and when we came back to the room the next day the crumbs were still there. When I got home, I realized that i forgot a couple of clothing items in the closet, I called the hotel a couple of times and both times I was told that I would get a call back, so far no one called. Parking is available but it is not through the hotel. It was $17.99 per day; you have to take a picture of a QR code and text 1111 to a number each time you try to get into the parking. You have better options for the same price or even cheaper. Finally, the downtown area is not safe and there was nothing much to do. So, unless you absolutely have to or know exactly where you are going, I would avoid the downtown.

People upstairs were super noisy! I called the front desk from my cell phone- phone doesn’t work in the room? I had to call twice! Fitness center equipment was run down - Hotel could use an upgrade and free breakfast?

The room was clean but old. There were stains in the wall. I could hear sounds from next rooms all night long. I had an early flight and tried to make a coffee in the morning but found out there was only a package of decaf. I mentioned this at the checkout and got just a shrug from a staff.
