Schönes Hotel in einem wunderbaren, riesigen, gut gepflegten Park mit schönem, großem Pool mit Blick auf den Tarn. Sehr freundlicher Service. Schönes Superior-Zimmer mit Balkon. Ein wunderschönes, großes Badezimmer mit guter Dusche und Badewanne (wer möchte...). Alles relativ neu und sehr gut gepflegt. Viel Stauraum im Foyer des Zimmers. Der zu kleine Safe (gut für zwei Paar Badeschlappen) reicht nicht für ein Notebook. Wir haben nur zweimal im Restaurant gegessen - hier wird sicherlich bald die Auswahl und Qualität verbessert werden. Das Hotel ist ein wunderbarer Ort zur Entspannung und Besuche von Albi, wo es tolle Restaurants ( wie das Épicurien) gibt, sind von hier aus leicht möglich. Wir waren begeistert, dass Hunde im Hotel willkommen sind und auch freundlich begrüßt werden!

Séjourner à La Réserve à Albi, c’est s’offrir une parenthèse de sérénité dans un véritable petit coin de paradis. Dès l’arrivée, on se sent ailleurs : calme absolu, nature luxuriante, jardin magnifique, et une piscine splendide où il fait bon se détendre. On a l’impression d’être accueillis dans une belle maison de famille, élégante et sereine. La propriétaire est aux petits soins, attentive et bienveillante, tout comme le personnel, souriant et professionnel. Notre chambre était parfaite : confortable, élégante, silencieuse – un vrai cocon de repos. On se sent ici comme dans une maison chaleureuse, où tout est pensé pour le bien-être des hôtes. Notre dîner sur place a été un vrai moment de plaisir : menu raffiné, copieux et savoureux, servi dans un cadre paisible. Chaque instant passé ici nous a permis de nous ressourcer pleinement. Un lieu rare, où l’on se sent bien, loin du tumulte. Une adresse précieuse que l’on quitte à regret… mais avec l’envie d’y revenir.

What a delightful place. It truly is a peaceful reserve nestled outside the bustle of the town. Beautifully situated on the banks of the Tarn River, the owners and staff are universally friendly, helpful and kind. We got lost on our way there. Not only did they call to make sure my husband and I were okay, they asked the chef to stay to cook us a late dinner. The room was very clean. The patio, pool and dining areas are just lovely. We had a room overlooking the river and it was a quiet and soul calming moment to sit on the balcony and watch the river go by. My husband and I both want to come back and thank you for such kind treatment. We appreciate what you do here!

Cet hotel, situé sur les rives du Tarn, est un enchantement. Nous étions dans le second batiment, avec une très grande chambre, décorée dans le style "safari africain", avec tout le confort. Une très grande salle de bain/douche, en marbre. Un large lit King size au confort idéal, et une grande terrasse, donnant sur le parc immense et le Tarn, dans un décor buccolique, calme. Tout est fait pour qu'on se sente choyé. L'immense piscine permet de nager, à son aise et ses plages cernées de gloriettes, et de sun-beds invitent à la relaxation. Le petit déjeuner, varié et copieux, est servi dans une jolie porcelaine, par un personnel aux petits soins.

Un avis de 1 des employés qui est passé à la réserve. De 2018 a 2021 La patronne est géniale et bienveillante avec ces employés. Une de mes meilleures expérience en saison (et oui et je le pense 😄) J'y ai fais 4 saisons d'affilée et je le regrette pas la patronne m'a aidé sur tout les points ,je ne la remercierais jamais assez pour tout se quelle a fait pour moi (un saisonnier , d'où mais 4 année de suite ) Merci Hélène !!

Nous avons passés 3 superbes nuits dans le cadre idyllique de la réserve. Un vrai havre de paix au bord du Tarn à seulement 2 minutes du centre historique d'Albi. La piscine avec la vue panoramique sur le Tarn, la fontaine au bout du parc sont les endroits que je préfère. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le restaurant, sa carte est complète et la qualité est au rendez-vous. Nous vous recommandons sans hésitation cet établissement.
