Less than one month after a disastrous stay at the Poitiers B&B hotel, I am yet again amazed at the inefficiency at the Albi, B&B hotel. After the previous terrible experience, this time I made the on-line check in, the day before my intended arrival. I was surprised that I still did not have my room access code by the time I walked into the hotel at approximately 16; 00hrs on 01 July 2025. I was told at the reception desk that there was an Internet problem that meant I could not receive my room access code and therefore I would not be able to enter my room. I was in shock, I thought the disaster in Poitiers was a one off situation; it seems that it is the normal situation for this hotel chain. After a period of time (20 minutes) I was let into the room by a member of staff but I still did not have a room access code. I finally received the access code at 19; 26hrs, 3.5 hrs after I arrived at the hotel. If you call this efficiency I think you need to look up the word efficiency in a dictionary.

La veille J'ai réglé une chambre avec un petit déjeuner quand je me suis présenté le matin à 6h35 pas de pains au chocolat pas de croissant en faites il n'était pas prêt.... J'ai attendu 10mn et je suis parti car j'avais un horaire à respecter... mes rendez-vous avec mes clients...
