Hotel rooms are modern and clean. Staff is very friendly and rooms are good eauiped. Also good parking spot for the motorcycle. And with the nice view u can see the mountain. Very close gasstation and supermarket and more!

Reno sympa, avec des plaintes manquantes dans salle de bain, finition bas de game, vestige du roma dans l escalier. Suite à réclamation, car réveillé à 5hrs du mat par de la musique du haut parleur de la terrasse face à la fenêtre, démenti total de la réponse mensongère pour faire bien sur le net. Pas de solution à la réclamation uniquement souci de la communication aucune considération du client et de sa mauvaise expérience. Abnégation total de la problématique, non respect du sommeil des clients par le personnel.

Un très bon hôtel confortable avec une équipe extrêmement agréable et aux petits soins. Nous le recommanderons avec plaisir. Le spa dispose d'une grande piscine avec une magnifique vue sur la montagne ainsi que d'un hammam et d'un sauna. Il est possible de randonner un petit peu autour mais pour l'essentiel mieux vaut prévoir une voiture ! En tous les cas une très bonne expérience.

Very well updated and the colour scheme is very funky. Clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was good and the staff very friendly. At the price point its impossible to fault. I imagine the refurbishment cost a lot as all areas have been completely changed...Nice one

Attention si l'on vous propose une chambre de 5m* "une capsule" entre 50 et 62 euros la nuit n'est pas équipé de fenêtre du jamais vu pour ma part.. Impossible de trouver ne serait-ce un micro onde pour se restaurer une poubelle qu'il me semble être un minimum de bon sens.. Capsule rime avec cellule ... 4ème nuit et je suis dans un dortoir alors c'est cazi 10euros moins cher et la vous pouvez profiter d'un salon et d'un coin cuisine d'une télé... Merci au réceptionniste ainsi qu'à la gouvernante pour la scène bien malaisante en me traitant tel un délinquant ! La c9

Spent a night here while on a business trip. The hotel is in need of a renovation and breakfast was rather average. Room was a decent size and clean, with an efficient air conditioning unit - much appreciated given the summer can be quite hot in this area. Staff at the reception very welcoming.

I was injured in an accident & had to go to the hospital in Albertville. We had hoped to stay at the Hotel Roma because of its proximity to the hospital & it had a restaurant on premises. I could not get around as I broke my leg & was in a cast. The receptionist was not at all helpful. She would not work with us to get an accommodating room nor would she work with us for dinner. Not even a sandwich. The hotel manager Camille was shocked at this & offered to help us. By then we had found something better. Customer service is key to me! That’s where it all starts. And this receptionist really needed a lesson! Beware!!

Personnel de l'accueil très sympathique. Par contre, la chambre mériterait un coup de rafraîchissement ainsi qu'un bon coup de nettoyage. Derrière la porte de la chambre, il y avait une grosse tache humide, le sol était très poussiéreux. Et s'il vous plaît, trouver une solution pour la chaleur dans cet hôtel. Nous avons du dormir les fenêtres ouvertes. C'était horrible. La literie est par contre très confortable.

Nous étions déjà venus il y a quelques années mais cette année c'était beaucoup mieux avec un accueil bien sympathique, (merci à la jeune fille qui a fait en sorte que nous puissions avoir les clés rapidement bien que nous soyons arrivés en début d'après-midi), des chambres très propres, la salle de bain petite mais fonctionnelle, la literie vraiment confortable, un grand écran télé avec un large choix de chaines, des rideaux occultants mais aussi des volets B-) Malheureusement les clients ne sont pas discrets dans les couloirs et parlent fort à n’importe quelle heure de la nuit tout en veillant à bien claquer les portes !!!! Le petit-déjeuner est compris dans le prix des chambres mais nous n’avons pas eu le temps d’aller nous servir aux différents buffets.
