not worth off most
The hotel not that far away from the historical monument (15mins walk) .
But the point is there is no pedestrian road and you have to walk on the busy/ danger road with many car passing by.
Checkin restricted after 2.30. even if there is staff but they will ignore help you.
The place not same as what the photo shows. many thing broken, lack of facilities.

Esperienza orribile e grottesca a fine Dicembre 2024. Al nostro arrivo ci è stata comunicata dell'impossibilità di fare la colaziona presso la struttura per mancata disponibilità della sala (ci pioveva dentro e ci è stato detto di dover andare al bar). Suite Smeriglio con vasca di acqua FREDDA (!!!) ed inutilizzabile, nessun intervento di riparazione è stato effettuato nonostante le tante sollecitazioni. A tal proposito, ci è stato indicato di rivolgerci direttamente all'assistenza che non si è mai presentata. Personale inesistente, inefficace e per niente cortese: all'indomani, al check out, non abbiamo nemmeno ricevuto delle scuse per il disservizio. Sconsiglio fortemente di regalare E. 275 per una esperienza simile.

Expérience décevante. Malgré un magnifique Trulli, beaucoup de détails important pour 300€ la nuit n’était pas présent. Nous avions une chambre avec une baignoire SPA, à notre arrivée on nous a expliquer que celle ci chauffait uniquement le soir. Donc nous payons une chambre 300€ la nuit mais nous ne pouvons pas profiter de cette baignoire SPA quand nous le souhaitons ? De plus la température était vraiment très légère, nous avons été obliger de demande l’augmentation de la température qui a été faite seulement le lendemain mais toujours une baignoire très juste au niveau de la température. Nous n’avons donc pas pu en profiter pleinement. De plus, odeur nauséabonde dans le Trulli à cause de l’humidité. Pas de nécessaire de toilette, uniquement une mini savonnette. Le petit déjeuner n’était pas à la hauteur du prix de la nuit encore une fois. Piscine non nettoyer Cependant le logement est à 15 min à pied du centre de ALBEROBELLO ce qui est pratique. Nous avons demandé une facture à la fin de notre séjour, ils n’ont jamais voulu nous la faire malgré une dizaine de relance…

Nous avions décidé de nous faire plaisir et nous avons craqué pour la chambre avec jacuzzi privatif et cheminée. Cadre enchanteur! Mais vu le prix, le service n est pas au RDV: - dame de l accueil parfaitement antipathique, on a à peine ouvert la bouche qu on sent déjà qu on lui a pris trop de temps - toilettes qui sentent les toilettes publiques et bouts d ongles par terre… - il a fallu réclamer tous les jours pour avoir des serviettes pour le jacuzzi - équipement minimaliste dans la kitchenette et on a le sentiment de déranger quand on demande une assiette en plus - Clim en panne etc… Bref: cadre luxueux mais frustration liée au service, c est bien dommage…

L'endroit est magnifique, belle accueil, petite déjeuner parfait. Le seul point faible c'est l'odeur dans la salle de bain. Si vous recherchez de l'authenticité c'est endroit est parfait,.vous pouvez vous balader dans la propriété et profitez de la piscine et à 5 minutes à pied du centre

peccato "grande potenziale" ma ci vuole poco per dare di più partiamo dalle cose positive: il locale l'ambiente molto bello, gli animali,la piscina , il giardino, i trulli come camere originali esperienza da fare almeno una volta nella vita ...disponibilità alla reception all'arrivo tutto ok premetto che eravamo in due in camera abbiamo notato un frigo ma vuoto, nel bagno una " sola" boccettina per lo sciampo un "solo" rotolo di carta igienica ma senza scorta e vero che siamo stati per soggiornare solo 15 ore ma alle volte è indelicato chiedere cose del genere se nasce la necessità ....parliamo della colazione per noi che siamo italiani per iniziare la giornata il cappuccino diventa la colonna sonora va fatto bene mi raccomando provate ad attenzionare ciò. La quantità della colazione varia e abbondante nota positiva, va attenzionato un'altro dettaglio coprire il cibo, visto la presenza di mosche. Per chi mi legge, come ho citato le cose positive ma per onestà devo citare ( "non critiche") ma consigli per migliorare il servizio offerto ai clienti visto che il locale merita molto. Comunque è un'esperienza da fare ma spero che si possa dare di più grazie

AVOID at all costs, this may have been nice before and the building is I admit lovely but now “The Owner” as his staff refer to him is not seen, the area around the pool is not maintained all grass is long, the rooms are not cleaned. We had drinks stolen from our fridge, my make up was used 😵💫. Cups were chipped , ants in the bathroom the second bed was a small camp bed. Main bed had not space for head, Shower was just yuk 🤷♀️. And not even an apology for the theft, we’d had two drinks of Prosecco and they would only comp one they wanted us still to pay €6 for the other despite their cleaner using my new makeup. Other guests were also unhappy with cost and cleaning and general upkeep. Don’t fall for the falcons they make a big thing of it but never seen anc the staff hint that the owner is temperamental about it. Expensive mistake on our part, pls do not stay there, there are lovely other places, finally it’s not viable to walk to town it’s a fast busy road with no paths of lighting up a steep hill. Avoid

Struttura meravigliosa purtroppo vista solo dall’esterno da me e mio figlio di 2 anni il giorno di Ferragosto,dopo una prenotazione per lo stesso giorno fatta telefonicamente e da accordi avremmo dovuto pagarla in struttura ci dirigiamo verso la corte arrivati ad Alberobello e ci sentiamo dire ci dispiace ma dato che nn abbiamo ricevuto conferma le prenotazioni sono bloccate da lì la mia insistenza nel chiamare (mi rispondono riagganciando il cell in faccia dicendomi la reception riapre alle 15:30)per il semplice motivo che avevo un bimbo in macchina alle 14:00 con 40 gradi arriviamo in struttura ma con dispiacere il ragazzo ancora ci ribadisce che nn c’era nessuna possibilità di riprendere la mia prenotazione. Davanti a tutto questo la mia domanda era solo una… perché? Ho richiamato anche dopo le 15:30 riapertura della reception ma nessuna risposta. Sono giorni particolari capisco ma avrei gradito sicuramente un po’ più di professionalità come struttura vuole ad un pizzico di umanità e soprattutto chiarezza.
