The hotel feels good and the front desk service is very thoughtful. The nights in southern Italy are very cold in the winter, and the air conditioning in the room was very effective in heating. The single room we stayed in was very small, but it was very clean. The hotel has free parking. There are many types of breakfast.

Ottima sistemazione, letto comodo, stanza pulitissima, frigo,vasca idromassaggio. Ottima colazione. Personale gentile e disponibile per consigli sulle bellezze dei luoghi vicini. Alla sera abbiamo usufruito della serata danzante, divertentissima. Alberobello a piedi in 5 minuti, Putignano a 15 minuti di auto. Consigliatissimo A+++

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo Hotel per un fine settimana. Personale gentilissimo, addetti alla reception (Dorel e i suoi colleghi) molto professionali e disponibili ad ogni richiesta. Il nostro arrivo è stato anticipato di qualche ora, ma ci hanno comunque consegnato le chiavi della camera, in quanto già pronta prima dell'orario effettivo del check-in. Posizione strategica per raggiungere il centro (pochi metri a piedi). Bravi ragazzi, alla prossima!

Poderia ser melhor
O serviço e a limpeza foram os pontos fracos. Teias de aranha nas janelas, não repuseram papel higiênico (tivemos que pedir), também não passaram pano no chão qdo derramamos bebida. Nenhum serviço na piscina, não combina com a classificação 4*.
Café da manhã bom, piscina limpa.
Pontos fortes: localização, quartos grandes, toalhas e roupa de cama bons, agilidade de check-in/checkout.

Abbiamo trascorso un fine settimana in questo meraviglioso Hotel. Elevata cura e professionalità del servizio da parte di tutto il personale del ristorante e del bar, nell'accoglienza e nella qualità delle pietanze servite. Il cliente è al centro di tutto ed è estremamente coccolato. Il personale della reception è sempre molto disponibile ad ogni richiesta.
