Hotel sam w sobie szału nie robi , restauracja - dzień w dzień jedno i to samo menu , BRAK MASŁA ☺️ , kawa z ekspresów tragedia , logby...zostawię bez komentarza 😩 woda w basenie brudna . Ogólnie nie polecam ! Hotel dalej przynajmniej leciała muzyka , była organizacja wieczornego czasu , wszystko to czego nie było w tym hotelu.

那覇空港なら3800円で着きますが、時間帯によっては海岸新線は混みます。フロントは2階です。ニューオータニ東京みたいにスロープをあがります。よって徒歩で外に行く時はスロープを降りていきます。チェックインはスムーズです。カードキー方式でエレベータセキュリティはありません。部屋やバスタブなどはやや老朽化していて、狭めです。ベランダはありますが狭いです。外で海パンな度干せるようにロープが張ってあります。壁付き古いドライヤーがまだある状況です。（別に新しいのもあります）やはり屋内プール、屋外プールがあるので春休みや夏休みは子供が多い。ビジネスには不向き。プールがあるめかリゾートホテルにありがちな床かwetな感じ。コーヒーメーカー、ミニバーなし。アメニティは最小限。歯ブラシ、くし、綿棒、シャワーキャップ以外はありません。無料水2本。完全な海沿いではなく、海まではやや離れています。朝食は一階にありますが、フロント階から歩いて降ります。エレベータではプール皆までいけます。プール横に大浴場ありますが、有料です。よってそこを使わないなら、プール後シャワーは部屋に戻る必要があります。朝食受付が3Dコードオンラインで可能なので、レストラン前で待つ必要はないですが、連絡が来て15分でキャンセルされます。電話は来ません。受付番号と待ち人数が表示されます。受付番号が表記されたらレストランにいきます。朝食は美味しかったです。ゴーヤチャンプル、黒糖フレンチパンがおすすめ。沖縄といえばフルーツですが、平凡でした。オムレツや目玉焼きは焼いてくれます。お土産屋は広く充実してました。総合的には平凡なビジネスリゾートホテルといえます。

Jestem bardzo zadowolony. Pobyt dwa tygodnie. Hotel zadbany, fajny basen, blisko do plaży, plaża szeroka. Niestety nie mogę jeść wszystkiego, jednak zawsze coś dla siebie znalazłem - wybór dań o dość szerokim asortymencie. Miła obsługa. Polecam.

Stayed with the family for a week. The positive side: cleaning ladies doing their job nicely. Rooms big enough, big beds. Really close to the beach. Negative: one super rude bartender simply being annoyed only by the fact someone wants something, don' t you even dare to ask milk for your coffee... "No Milk" and a grumpy face as a bonus 🥴 (there were more things, that only to Illustrate). Poor restaurant, the meat was several times either undercooked (chicken just raw inside) or just hard. The same for halfcooked potatoes repeating everyday. Badly cleaned, cracked plates. Pool dirty, switched on just twice. Yes, Albena Is nice. But would not return to this hotel.

Well, service in Bulgaria is poor. Fridge was not working in our room, we asked 3 times to fix it/replace it and nothing happened. Water playground was turned on only 3 times, then we were told it is broken. No one was taking care of pool surrounding. Bar is ok, but they dont often know how to mix drinks. Rooms were nice and cleaned every day. But this is not 4* hotel at all!!!

I recommend for a quiet holiday. We arrived early, but were given a room almost immediately, apparently someone had left, usually a room at 2 p.m. Balcony overlooking the pool, but not noisy, unobtrusive animation after 3.30 p.m. Towels, shampoo, soap were changed and put every day. Bed linen after the third day. Traditional food, tasty. Enough fruit. Coffee in machines in the restaurant, bars is quite tasty, ice cream of different types too. I would like the dishes to be washed more thoroughly, but there were plastic cutlery. There were no problems. The beach is very close, wide, there are many sun loungers, the distance between them is good. The first, second row are paid, but you can put your umbrella even next to the sea, there is space. The water in the sea in the morning was even warmer than in the afternoon, small waves. Very close in the center there is a spring with mineral water, on the embankment there are small fountains with the same water everywhere. The heat does not bother, as there are trees, greenery, well-groomed everywhere. Flowers and fields are watered.

Stayed in this hotel for about a week. The pool was great, very beautiful. Great location, was very close to the beach. Food was delicious and bar was good too. Fun animation, the kids had a great time. Will come again next year.

I would not recommend this hotel. First of all it’s allegedly four star hotel, yet bar and restaurant is only three star, the information about that is not provided anywhere! Never come across anything like that. Food every day the same, with small changes. Pool area is extremely poorly maintained with overgrown grass. No evening entertainment, kids entertainment virtually non existing. Unfriendly people in reception, speaks hardly any English, and not willing to help at all. Plus side, lads behind bar, and cleaning lady that was speaking even better English then a hotel manager.
