Be aware of bedbugs at hotel room. Room was not tidy up, only trash bin bag was changed. Toilet was destroyed, water was standing at shower and drain. We do not recomend this hotel. Bites were very painfull, we scratch our skin to bleeding. See the photos.

Wouldn't go back here if you paid me... there were electrical sockets hanging off the walls, nails sticking out of furniture, shower was broken and the bed looked like it had someones bodily fluids on it. Several of our party of 6 Adults and 3 children got food poisoning. Pool was dirty, like you felt greasy when you got out of it. Staff all rude, especially the pool guy and the reception staff, hardly any of them spoke english. Think this resort is more geared toward Russian tourist. Absolutely shocking hotel wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy. Transfers were also a nightmare but can't hold that against the hotel.

A good, clean, basic hotel. Stayed here for a week with my wife and 14 year old son. We're from the UK. Room was very basic. It was clean but sheets and towels were only changed once during our stay. Food was OK, we always found something to eat but evening meal was the worst. Pool area was nice. Lots of sunbeds available but the guy in charge of the pool was a nightmare. A few occasions where he shouted at small children for little reason and one account where, fully clothed, he jumped into the pool to confront a child. Not good. The bar staff were lovely and the waterpark and beach were great. Albena is beautiful, would come again, maybe a different hotel next time.

Well...where do I start! Firstly a huge positive Thank you to the entertainment staff over at the Ralitsa Hotel and 4*, they are amazing with everyone and really friendly. Aquapark pretty awesome. There is a lifeguard older man at the hotel vita park swimming pool he's pleasant. HOTEL VITA 3*- Avoid at all costs! Rude Staff, especially a few team reception members, being on their mobile phone continuously rolling their eyes when you ask for something, even as simple as a clean towel because youre towels bedsheets haven't been changed for 4 days! I had to ask the other Ralitsa 4* hotel if I could simply have a bath towel due to being rudely shouted at by the hotel vita park reception man telling me to ask in the morning the Manager for a towel! Wow! Customer service....what a joke! The hotel vita park swimming pool manager is very rude...shouting and pointing at children, or adults to get out the swimming pool for wearing a protective t-shirt even though there's clearly no signs stating this isn't possible! Pulling my 11 year old child physically with his hands and jumping into the water to remove him due to wearing a t shirt is very unacceptable in my eye's in which a serious complaint in force! Telling us we're banned and rudely talking over me when im trying to explain is unacceptable. The overall general manager can never be found, and if so is glued to his mobile phone when clearly there's guests wishing to communicate with him regarding situations. It seems the reception staff have no power and it's a speak to manger response and shake of the head. I asked if the guy on reception ( very tall young, black hair, lazy arrogant loves his mobile phone! ) knew of a phone location as to contact my parents as my mobile device decided not to work...for the response from him to be "what"! No. Not even an attempt to Google or check for me. Never have i been spoken to so rude. Cleaning in the room is virtually none existent... 1 x guy emptied bins every day and gave toilet rolls ... he did not sweep, spray or clean. Change sheets or towels ( 12 day stay, 1 change in 12 days!) That's after continual pestering of other cleaners to finally get 1 x cleaner to my room to show them what i needed and required. Food..ok... not really for children expect chips, chicken and lovely flies flying around the salads!! Hardly no seats and food not always replaced it's like scraps if your not early early. Be sure to get your cutlery quick else your fingers are handy. Drinks flat fizzy hmmm pop. I don't touch alcohol. If you book hotel vita park...Be careful to not slip in the restaurant seriously the mopping up of spilt drinks is none existent and there's the odd wet floor sign when put out. Your flip flops also stick to the sticky floor! Please be careful its dangerous. The hotel entrance floor the same when mopped with a dirty mop! No joke i watched the cleaner. So truth be told your call but hotel Ralitsa 4* looked great spend your money there

There are some negative reviews about Vita Park however I am basing this review based on realistic expectations for a 3 star hotel and the low cost of our holiday. We are a family of 5 with 3 children ages 10,6 and 5. We had an amazing fortnight and thank all the staff at Vita Park. I'll give some details on each aspect of our holiday: Hotel/Rooms: We had a 2 bedroomed apartment with was big enough to sleep 5 of us (I would recommend a maximum of 4 adults but the sofa bed was fine for a child). The apartment was fairly basic but clean and the bedding towels etc were changed every few days. There was 3 balconies and 2 air con units which kept the apartment comfortable temperature wise. The hotel is a little dated however there was a bit of retro soviet brutalist charm about it. The pool was lovely and kept clean by the pool attendants. There was always plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas. Facilities: Great facilities, the highlight being complimentary access to the aquapark. We spent several days at the aqua park and it's virtually in the hotel grounds so you can pop back to the hotel restaurant for lunch which adds to the value. The aquapark is designed for families, safe and with loads of great slides. It may be a little bit small for older children but for our kids, it was perfect. There was never long queues, even at busy times. The kids club was wonderful, our children loved it and it was nice for the adults to have some relaxing time. All the entertainment staff were great but I have to give a special mention to Nadya, who our children adored. Nadya was amazing with arts and crafts, absolutely brilliant at her job and the children really miss her now we're home. We only went to the beach one day. Vita Park have a free shuttle bus that takes you to and from the Vita Park private beach where each room has 2 free sun loungers and an umbrella. For lunch, ice cream or drinks, our all inclusive wristbands got us access to the beach restaurant Rai which was very nice. There is a football pitch, volleyball and tennis courts which we never used. The children's play park was great for our kids age group. The hotel pool was nice with 3 separate areas, one for swimming, one with two slides and a toddler area. The hotel is set in a large wooded areas which is lovely however inevitably, there is lots of wildlife, most of which is vest interesting but there is lots of biting insects and they do bite. Don't kill any spiders as they don't bite humans but they do eat the nasty insects that bite us!! We saw lots of lizards, a wild hare, lots of cool looking spiders and a european mantis. Food/Drinks: I didn't drink any alcohol so can't really comment on that other than there appeared to be a decent enough selection of local beers, wines and spirits. No premium brands but pretty much what you'd expect from a 3 star hotel. There was ample soft drinks. You can't eat 24 hours a day but breakfast is 7-10am, lunch 12:30-14:30 the d

I am a single mum, travelling with my 11 year old son, who has ADHD and ASD. We booked to stay in the Vita Park from Friday 18th August 2023 until Friday September 1 2023. The reception staff were mainly friendly and helpful but were generally unable to help with most issues. Issues we encountered: the rooms were not cleaned regularly - we had to ask for our sheets to be changed after a week! (not ideal when my son has ineuresis, meaning he wets the bed on occasion). The bins in our room were also not emptied daily, meaning that they were at times overflowing. Not great as toilet paper was supposed to be thrown into bins! Speaking of which, these were also not habitually replenished, meaning we had to either 'borrow' toilet roll from the communal toilets or ask the reception staff for them! Food wise, the food was varied - it was pretty much the same fodder every day - purportedly 'healthy' food, which is great, unless you're travelling with a child with additional needs, who is an extremely fussy eater! My son was violently ill about 4 days into the holiday, whether this was down to the flies buzzing around the food in the restaurant is anyone's guess! I was covered head to foot in bites - even on the days my son and I were ill, which suggests that the insects were actually in the bedroom - possibly bed bugs! The pool was lovely, but the pool attendant was extremely rude and disrespectful. A week into our stay, he shouted repeatedly at my son and reduced me to tears. Firstly, he shouted at my son, accusing him of 'taking photos' of him. He wasn't. He was on the phone to his father. Secondly, he shouted at me and ordered me out of the pool because i was wearing a t shirt in the pool. This is something I have always done, due to having sensitive skin which burns easily and having had two skin cancer scares I won't go in the pool without one! This is something I was able to do for the first week of the holiday without any issues whatsoever. However, on Friday 25/8/23, this suddenly became an issue for the pool attendant. He would not listen to my explanation, or allow me to speak, but shouted 'no' repeatedly at me. I asked to speak to the manager, but three hours later, I am still waiting! Meanwhile, I left the pool area to discover that the pool attendant had similarly reduced two other single mums and boys of a similar age to my son to tears, for similar reasons, all within an hour of my encounter with him. He was extremely rude and arrogant, talking over me, shouting at me and refusing to allow me to explain to him. Having walked away, he then on two separate occasions came into the hotel foyer area to continue shouting abuse at both myself, my son and the other two families who were also waiting to speak to the manager. To say that I am disgusted with this man's attitude and behaviour is frankly an understatement. He has ruined what was already not a particularly enjoyable holiday, to the point where I am now looking at early flights home.

The hotel is an older date hotel, but even an older hotel can be taken care of. Let's start with the minuses: 1. dirt in the room, we had a villa and the cleanliness was simply tragic, very dirty moldy curtains. This should not happen, just remove the curtain and wash it. 2. On the first day after taking a shower, the drains started to smell really bad, as if the room had not been used for a long time and everything that was in the knees just "moved". After unscrewing all water sources and flushing the sewage system, the problem no longer occurred. 3. No internet in the villas, smart tv without internet access, no even tv polonia, although you know you don't go there for television. 4. Broken tiles on the stairs to the villa - you could really twist your leg. On the plus side - because it was also there: 1. Good food in all inclusive, tasty drinks 2. Very nice staff, always helpful, smiling, they listen to the customer. 3. One gentleman at the reception speaks Polish quite well and it's great. 4. Pools clean, sunbeds always available. 5. Good air conditioning and large rooms (villas). We were with 3 children and the three-room villa was comfortable for us. 6. Big restaurant, you could always find a table. Rather cheap and comfortable holidays
