A 4-star hotel, which has an apartment without a window in the main room... which has mold in the bathroom... which has a shower without a protection, so it floods the bathroom when you use it. There are no regulations for using the pool. Which, by the way, you only find out at the reception that you can use it only after 7 pm, because there are swimming classes for children. And when you finally have access, you can't relax because, without regulation, the children throw into the pool the armchairs on the side, and balls... And the receptionist says that everyone can manifest themselves as they wish. Breakfast is imposed with 3 egg / omelet variants. And the manager is so busy, she can't discuss guest issues. And there is no email address dedicated to complaints. I do not recommend!

We stayed here on a business trip and everything was perfect! Cozy modern rooms with all you need in it including bathrobes and minibar, very good restaurant with terrace downstairs, nice spa - very nice staff - decent prices and a very nice view of the citadel - i am looking forward to visit them again !
