Is abt 30min slow walk to alba center. Quiet community. The rooms are big and clean. Gated underground parking for a fair price.

No tengo mas que agradecer por los servicios recibidos. La gente en la recepcion muy amable y nos dieron muy buenas recomendaciones de Restaurantes por visitar, y comimos delicioso. Esta bien ubicado, a menos de 15' en carro del centro de la ciudad. Tuvimos la oportunidad de pasear en un feria de Domingo, realmente inolvidable; epoca de la Trufa Blanca y de la avellana.

The rooms are very large, very clean and well equiped. Strategically located close to Barolo and Barbaresco, and a few minutes from Alba by car. Very Good value for money. Recommanded.

Abbiamo prenotato questo residence per il nostro tour nelle Langhe. Stanza molto pulita e di grandi dimensioni. Lenzuola e asciugamani profumati. Ottima posizione, rispetto al centro di Alba dista circa 15/20 minuti a piedi. Ci siamo trovati molto bene! Ve lo consigliamo!

Mi sono trovata molto bene durante il mio soggiorno di tre notti. Personale gentilissimo e sempre disponibile. L'appartamento spazioso con angolo cottura e servizi completo di tutto. Il terrazzino, poi, con il tavolino e le due sedie mi ha dato anche la possibilità di mangiare fuori. Ottima la pulizia e il silenzio. Personale delle pulizie molto attento e gentile. Solo un quarto d'ora a piedi dal centro e dalla stazione ferroviaria. Qualità /prezzo veramente ottima. Ci ritornerò sicuramente quando verrò per girare le Langhe.

Schönes und grosses Appartement. Nur rund 15 Minuten zu Fuss uns Zentrum. Lebensmittelgeschäft unmittelbar in der Nähe. Gute Parkinkmöglichkeit in Tiefgarate.
Alles in allem war ich sehr zufrieden.
