Worst hotel experience ever. Has nothing to do with the Cafe Savona. Room was nothing like photos. Room we were given was not made up, looked like a flop house. We left and lost our total reservation fee. Avoid at all costs.

La nostra camera era una piccola mansarda al terzo piano con angolo cottura. Illuminazione insufficiente sia in camera che in bagno. La colazione consiste in un caffè o cappuccio con brioche e succo d'arancia da consumarsi in un bar vicino, che ha solo spazi esterni, e di mattina faceva freddo. La posizione è ottima, perchè in centro. Tenere presente la mancanza dell'ascensore.

Abbiamo alloggiato in questo Residence per 2 notti, in concomitanza del Collisioni Festival. La posizione era ottima, a due passi dal centro di Alba. Buona la pulizia della camera. Dopo 6 ore e 30 di viaggio in treno, una volta arrivati abbiamo dovuto aspettare 2 ore per effettuare il check - in perché, nonostante avessimo comunicato via telefono giorni prima alla struttura che saremo arrivati verso le ore 13.00 con i bagagli, loro non erano presenti fino alle ore 15.00. Una volta essere riusciti ad effettuare il check - in, non ci è stato proposto alcun servizio di colazione, scoperto in seguito grazie ad un ragazzo lavorante nel bar adiacente. Personale inesistente, presenti poche ore al giorno. Mancanza di ascensore. Aria condizionata in camera non regolabile…da congelare. Tv in camera non funzionanti, senza telecomando. Terrazzo sporco, spoglio…inutilizzabile.

La Posizione é centrale, 59 gradini per arrivare in stanza, l'aria condizionata non funzionava e non c'è stato verso di risolvere la situazione. Neanche una bottiglia di acqua in camera , i terrazzi sporchi. Mi dispiace ma non ci torneremo

Il residence si trova molto vicino al centro, il nostro appartamento era dotato di tutto il necessario e soprattutto l'abbiamo trovato molto pulito. L'unica nota dolente era la vista dalle due finestre che dava in un cortile interno con tante altre finestre intorno. Manca l'ascensore. Ottimo punto di appoggio se ci si trova nei dintorni.
