We had a great stay and are returning guests to this property. The location and the staff are fantastic and make your experience excellent. We stayed in a room with a large balcony offering wonderful balcony furniture where you can enjoy you private breakfast or just a cup of coffee. The hotel is very dog friendly which is a plus for us.
The rooms are not really big but big enough to feel comfortable. Bathrooms are rather small and have very little storage area. Breakfast buffet offers everything you need and the staff even recommends dishes from the kitchen freshly prepared for you.
We will definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel to everyone traveling to the Ligurian coast.

Empfangsdesk gut. Car handling/valet parking alle Tage ausgezeichnet! Besser geht nicht. Zimmer im 1. Stock sehr klein. Wir konnten unsere Koffer nicht auspacken, da viel zu wenig Stauraum. Im Sommer mit Badehosen und T-shirts ist das OK. Aber im Winter halt nicht. Die Terrasse macht aber alles wett ! Sehr gross, fantastische Aussicht, hervorragend equipped mit den neusten Möbeln. Gartentisch mit Stühlen, Lounge -Ecke. Es gibt kaum einen besseren Ort zum Chillen ! Frühstück für ital. Verhältnisse gut. Raum etwas zu klein. Draussen super. Auch Terrasse unten für Apero sehr schön. Die Lage des Hotels ist einzigartig gut für Alassio. Der Service war unterschiedlich, aber nicht auf 5* Niveau. Leider war die Küche unterdurchschnittlich. Essen Sie auswärts! Mein Fleisch am Weihnachtsabend war völlig ungeniessbar , derart zäh! Immerhin hat man das bemerkt und mir den Preis mit 0.00 EUR eingesetzt, was ich eine gute Geste fand ! Die Pizza war sehr schmackhaft aber halt erkaltet. Erstaunlich schlecht war auch der Concierge. Es wurde uns beschieden, dass wir als Hotelgäste keinen Platz für das Weihnachts pranzo hötten..... Er telefonierte dann an 5 Adressen um uns eine Reservierung zu machen : Erfolglos !! Wir fanden aber ein sehr gutes Restaurant an toller Lage mit Aussicht aufs Meer mit bester Küche und Service.

Adoro questo hotel! Glamour, elegante, cool. Non saprei definire quanto sia bravo lo staff, guidato da un Direttore sempre presente, attento e preparato. Ci sono sempre novità quando lo visito. In particolare apprezzo la piscina coperta sovrastata dalle vetrate, la cucina e l'atmosfera generale. Letti comodi e camere accoglienti. La posizione è ottima perche' a piedi si arriva ovunque e la spiaggia è praticamente parte dell'hotel.

Le rapport qualité/prix de l’hôtel qui associe un vrai SPA à un hébergement de qualité avec un service impeccable, est excellent. Donc, bravo et merci. Dommage que la décoration intérieure des années 2010 ne soit pas à la hauteur de la magnifique façade XIXe. C’est celle d’un hôtel ordinaire. Les tarifs du restaurant ou du bar sont trop élevés et sans goût. Enfin, l’accueil (bagagiste, portier) se veut être celui d’un hôtel de luxe, ce qu’il n’est pas. Les chambres sont très bien sans être exceptionnelles. Je recommande tout de même.
