Hotel da consigliare in assoluto, camera moderna, funzionale, di dimensioni giuste, ottima insonorizzazione e pulizia perfetta Colazione super, personale gentile, sala colazione con vista sul mare molto bella Unica rilievi che mi sento di fare e anticipare l’orario della colazione almeno alle 7,30

Sono andato 15 giorni in febbraio 2024 con gruppo formato prevalentemente di Cassano d'Adda. Persone con differenti esigenze riguardo le camere e l'alimentazione. Sono rimasto molto soddisfatto perché non ho avuto nessuna lamentela, anzi hanno fatto grandi complimenti, riguardo lo staff e la supervisione del Direttore Sig. Giuliano sempre presente in struttura. Il personale dalla Reception, alla sala da pranzo con la supervisione del Matre Sig.Luca e tutti i camerieri, la cucina sempre in ordine. Non mi dimentico del Vice Sig. Gabriele sempre attento che tutto funzioni alla perfezione. Grazie Gran hotel che ci date tutte queste possibilità, il 2 febbraio 2025 ritorno con gruppo più numeroso Domenico Franceschini

Purtroppo, ci abbiamo soggiornato una settimana , le nostre aspettative si sono rivelate molto più alte della realtà . Dall’accoglienza, alla stanza alla spiaggia . La stanza tanto piccola , che non avevamo modo di aprire l’anta dell’armadio se non per metà , i cassetti dentro non potevamo usarli perché non c’era modo di aprirli ( abbiamo tenuto parte degli indumenti in valigia ). Il bagno datato , nel complesso però pulito così come la stanza . Nota dolente la spiaggia , non si è ben capito come o quando avremo dovuto prenotare per aver un posto in prima o seconda fila , non ci sono stati spiegati i criteri di assegnazione , abbiamo provato prenotandola la sera per il giorno successivo , finiti in 5 fila sotto al muretto della passeggiata , abbiamo provato due giorni prima , siamo finiti in 4 fila , abbiamo richiesto spiegazioni ci è stato detto in malo modo che era così e basta . La colazione buona e varia , non abbiamo provato il ristorante quindi non possiamo esprimerci su quello . Non credo sia un posto in cui tornare , siamo stati meglio altrove !

Ho preso contatto con l’hotel per prenotare una settimana per una famiglia, numerosa. C’erano da trovare varie soluzioni - inteso come camere doppie/triple/quadruple - e check-in in date differenti. Fin qui tutto bene e buona disponibilità del personale nel trovare la proposta migliore ma, al momento della prenotazione il prezzo è salito del 23% (e potete immaginare si trattasse di varie migliaia di euro)! Considerate che avevamo già dato l’ok al preventivo finale e chiesto anche l’iban per effettuare bonifico della caparra ma, al mio sollecito dato che non ricevevo risposta, con grande arroganza mi è stato detto “noi lavoriamo con listini flessibile e i prezzi variano. Ci dispiace, questo è il nuovo preventivo”. Siamo stati anche richiamati poco dopo da una fantomatica responsabile dell’ufficio, che con un’ulteriore dose di saccenza e arroganza, ha ribadito il concetto senza neppure voler ascoltare che nelle loro email indicano “preventivo valido per 24 ore” e le 24 ore non erano ancora passate…

3/3 ormai sempre sul pezzo. Camere ristorante sala bar sala tv nulla da dire. Ricevimento, camerieri e direttore sempre disponibili e attenti. Ristorante buono con varia scelta e una vista impagabile. L’unico neo secondo me da migliorare è la distanza degli ombrelloni in spiaggia un po troppo vicini Prezzo competitivo per la zona. Il nostro hotel di riferimento ad Alassio alla prossima

Sono stata in questo hotel con la mia famiglia e mi sono trovata molto bene . Il personale é stato molto disponibile e la colazione molto buona e varia. La navetta per portarci alla spiaggia di Laigueglia era molto comoda e gli autisti molto disponibili. Anche le camere erano pulite e con tutti i comfort necessari
