The location of the hostel is very beautiful and the place itself as well looks nice. However unfortunately we found bed bugs in the room we stayed. The owner offered us a different room but we didn't feel comfortable staying there anymore so we had our money returned (without a problem for which we are thankful). The owner was reasonable to talk to. However, I was hoping to see the hostel will stop offering the room for some time to deal with the infestation. I decided to write this review while seeing that didn't happen and to warn other travelers. The hostel is very nice, just make sure to check thoroughly.

Voyage annulé à la dernière minute suite à un impératif, la patronne refuse catégoriquement de faire un petit geste sur l'annulation car elle ne pense qu'à son argent... Alors qu'elle arrivera très très vite à relouer sa chambre... franchement très décevant... 🤑🤮🤮🤮🤢🤢

in 2020 we had reserved several rooms for a group of 7 people (we paid a deposit of 151 euros) unfortunately due to covid we were not able to go to the Balearic Islands, we therefore postponed our trip to 2021 and again on Covid prevented us from coming to the Balearic Islands, so we wanted to postpone our reservation for March 2023 except this time we were informed that the deadline has expired and that if we want to reserve we must repay the entirety (what happens to the 151 euros that we have paid) not very professional let's admit Philippe Cordier

Very kind owner. Alaro is a beautiful town. Can Tiu is too. Clean and pleasant. Central. Breakfast is good. Quiet, there is no noise. A little shabby, needs renovation. Beds for small people, narrow or short.
