During our visit to India this was the second hotel/resort that we stayed. Beautifully located by the lake. The sunrise could be viewed from our room. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was included in the and there was a good choice but less than O by Tamara.

Resort was looking good but service was poor. We didnt even receive dental kit and when asked for it, the kit didnt receive our room till we check out. Other room services were also poor. Nobody was attending the call made to spa too.

It was my first stay at any club mahindra property. The location and food were the only things that i found good. Every staff i came across in this resort had an expression that was unwelcoming. Saw an unhappy look at all those faces. Service was poor, especially in the restaurant. Seemed there is acute manpower shortage. Yes, i saw two smiling faces towards the end of my trip, but they were from the marketing team trying to sell me club mahindra membership.

A week of relaxation - my husband and I were energized to our full potential! A 5 day stay was extended by 2 days since we loved the ambience and service from all the departments, F&B taking full credit - my non-dairy diet was well looked after!!

Rooms are clean and spacious Staff is very supportive and having friendly nature provided comfortable stay Staff and manager has also guided how to keep roaming in town in better way Food was very good in taste with multiple choices Playing area for children was good Whole day activities for children was good

I enjoyed our stay here. The staff Aishwarya at Happy Hub was very friendly and arranged boating and sightseeing trip for us. Rooms were very clean and maintained well. The food was amazing and we all loved it. The lake view was splendidly beautiful.

Amazing property by the banks of Vembanad lake. I have stayed at this beautiful resort for 3 nights and 4 days, as always Club Mahindra properties have maintained their quality and have extended the best in class service. The property is hardly 5kms from NH (Aroor), and is at an amazing landscape by the banks of the lake. It's a perfect get away for your family on any day, and has lot of games and other leisure activities as part of their happy hub, your children would love it. The food has varieties of option in buffet from continental to Indian cuisines and I must say the taste is really good. They have special platter of fish food which is charged over and above the buffet, you can have try of that as well. The staff is really friendly and so helpful which I always admire about the Club Mahindra properties. The rooms are pretty good and spacious and has every facilities including a mini kitchen with an oven and some basic cutlery. You can opt for boating in a Shikara or a speed boat in the lake during the day if you wish to and I believe it's a must try, you will love it.
